Do not go here if you are in any sort of hurry. They do not move very fast at all. Their hours state 7am - 7pm. I arrived around 6:50am. Manager/Opening employee arrived around 6:55am but did not open the garage doors until around 7:15am (15 minutes late). All other Auto Care employees didn't even show until around 7:05 am (also late). I was first in line for an oil change with my truck taken into the garage around 7:20am. Oil change service was okay, but took 40 mins to complete. Then had to wait 10 minutes just to pay for the service because no one was at the checkout counter.So good service? I guess so as far as that goes. Nothing special. But prompt service? Nowhere even close. If your time means anything to you then you'd probably be better off with an Express Oil Change somewhere.

This should not be called an Auto Center. Maybe Auto Not Center.**They don't answer the phone. I called and let my phone ring for 5 minutes. No answer.**Online it shows they have tires in stock. I went up there and they say, "We don't have them." What's up with that!! The online doesn't match the store.**One time I tried to purchase 2 tires here. The tires were in stock. The installer then says: "I can't install them. My balance machine is broke." Hummm?**So, I went to Tire Rack and spent $525. Free delivery and free road hazard warranty. Too bad Wal Mart! How much more money are you out?**Now I shop for groceries at Publix.

Every single time I go to this store, I try to arrive early and know exactly what I want. Every single time the person who greets me tries to convince me not to stay. "We are busy so it's gonna be a while. You sure you want to stay?" How? I'm the first car in line. "We are short staffed so you're going to be waiting a few hours." No problem, I need to do shopping. *big annoyed sigh*This morning I arrive. I'm the first car. I need an oil change and a new tire. And to grocery shop while the work is being done. You know, spend more money in your store? And I'm told their compressor is down and it's been down for days. "We can't do anything without a compressor." So... you're closed? "No. We're open. But we can't do anything without a conpressor and we dont know when someonr will fix it." I'm sorry, that means you're closed. II have never seen a business and specifically a group of men who are so willing and eager to turn money away. I understand parts break. If Walmart knew this, then they would be better to close the Auto Center instead of paying their employees to turn business away in an incredibly rude manner.I will not be returning. The work was adequate at best but convenient. I will find a shope that needs the business and send everyone else there. I never leave bad reviews or complain but in an economy where I work very hard for my money, I expect a business to do the bare minimum to gain my business. Your auto shop hasn't just lost my business but the rest of your store.Service: Tires

Loooooong wait. Not busy but no one is running the show here. 2 cars and 6 people sitting on the side while I am waiting outside to be called. Only one single vehicle was getting oil change for about 45 minutes.Day2.Cameback on Sunday and I dropped my car at 11am cameback at 5:20pm and they have not worked on my car. I called in about 30 minutes to makesure it's ready and they told me it was ready to be picked up. I am here speaking to a manager about the issue and they can't do anything about it. She is even mad about calling her out of the office for that issue.Do your self a favor and go somewhere else. I will file a complaint to walmart headquarter, but I don't think it's worth waisting your time here.So sad that walmart doesn't have training team and supervision over employees and managers but at the end of the day most of these people are cheap labor and low IQ's otherwise they would have been doing something better than that.

Did not have any of the tires I needed and told me to call another store and I could have done that for me. Nobody wants to do their job at Walmart anymore
