Nothing the workers was rude , if ired me being the only white girl there I guess, helped eveyone get what they needed behind the locked glass except me . Lies to. W when I asked about a phone case and then conveniently lost the phone case in the Roku camera that I got them to finally get out of the lockbox by a girl that did not even work an electronics I stayed very polite waited my turn and still got treated like I was not even there or talk to you like I was an idiot I'm very unpleased and will never return to that shopping center

I found a Keurig coffee maker online at Walmart, that was available for pick up only at this store in my local area. The price online was the same as amazon. When I got to the store and got the item off my shelf instead of ordering it for pickup,I found out it was $10 more. Customer service informed me that they do not match price with their own online store. I was so aggravated.I almost walked out, but I sought out a manager.Instead. Her name was Rachelle. She personally checked me out, and price matched the online item. Thankyou Rachelle (spelling?)

Manager very rude. I brought a product to the customer service counter because I have been to 3 other store's and it was sold out after going on clearance. This store didn't have it marked down so I was asked if they matched other stores. I'm sure there are reasons why some stores have things marked down and others don't, but her attitude was very unpleasant. Her words were I dont care if other stores mark it down I'm not fixing it.
The young lady I first spoke to was very nice I will add. Just felt like a manager shouldn't talk down to people. Very rude

My husband and I go to this Walmart often. My husband and I went to walmart on January 18, 2025 on a Saturday to get groceries. We went to the check in line where a young lady was a cashier, and no one was in line and the light was off to let customers know she was open.She saw us coming and she stated we needed to go to another cashier because she saw we had a lot of groceries .She stated she needed to replace the bags on the rack. I saw bags already on the rack. How long does it take to put bags on the rack. She is lazy and she did not want to work. My husband and I are in our fifties. Did she think we did not know what she was doing. This make management look really bad. Her name is Jameria.
