If a verification is needed on a purchase, wait until the purchaser has completed, scanning their items before you come over and screw up the register and cause them to have problems with their check out. This store has more employees standing around sharing private conversations that should be held in a break room with their hands on their phones just stand in there talking to each other. If you wanna see my receipt or think I need a verification open up the registers with employees doing the work. DEI gone.

May I have your permission to buy deodorant? I pressed the "help" button 3 times and nobody came. Was I supposed to buy and bring my own key from Amazon? Like I never knew I needed permission to buy personal care items. It's not the employees fault its the corporate idiot's fault who put all this shit behind glass.

So far I’ve been waiting 25 minutes for my pickup order. The app says it was picked up 20 minutes ago. No one will answer the phone in the store for assistance.

Undoubtedly one of the best places in the world to shop having a vast amount of products plus having people that live in your community work there being able to see them smile employee gain educational skills and able to help especially the elderly people yeah a lot of people have bad experiences but that's life but when it comes to Walmart they fix the issue right away

This particular store on University and Cottage Hill has some serious racial profiling issues!! They profile black and brown people and yes, I have witnessed it and been profiled myself at least 4 times! It’s to the point where I am very uncomfortable going into the store. It is not a pleasant shopping experience like the green labeled store that begins with a “P”. They have things like washing powder and cosmetics encased and locked so you will have to go find an associate just to get washing powder or some nail polish! This is ridiculous! I guess next they will be locking up the toilet paper! A company should not make customers feel uncomfortable with their profiling tactics. I complained to the manager named “Ashley” and she informed me that the associate “was just doing her job”. There is no friendliness or respect which everyone is due! The deli is horrible also. They serve mostly high carb foods and only one green vegetable. I am thoroughly dissatisfied and hopefully they will improve their poor customer service skills someday. Until then, black and brown people expect to be profiled when you enter this store until the time you leave out!

If I could give this place of business no star I would. They are always trying to accuse someone of STEALING, I will NEVER EVER shop here again a couple days ago I requested a refund because of this issue if they feel as someone is stealing then they should get on a register and ring up the items their self instead of in huddles gossiping and talking. On to the situation, I rung up all of my items and left some of them unbagged which means they wasn’t paid for of course I had already sent my husband outside to get more money. He came back inside and as I was putting my wallet in my purse, and grabbing my receipt for the paid items and about to get the money from him to pay for the other items the cashier came and pointed down in my basket and rudely said I’m a need for you to ring up that that and that. I didn’t say anything because I started to go all the way off but God said don’t do it just ask for a REFUND. I requested a refund and had to wait at least 30 minutes almost for a refund after they stated that I could only get an exchange on EBT and WIC. I know that was a bold face LIE so I kept standing there and eventually they went into their register and gave me the cash money back and I left and WILL NOT NEVER as long as I have breath in my body return.

I was at the self checkout at this Wal-Mart location this morning Tuesday, 5/14/24, and I was just about finished when I was approached by this female employee who questioned if I had scanned the bleach which was already in my cart ,which I did, along with my other bagged items that I scanned. I guess she thought I was going to take the bleach out the store without paying for it. She then looked up the list of items at the register that I scanned to make sure I scanned it and THERE IT WAS!! IT SHOWED THAT I DID SCAN THE BLEACH!! I understand that Wal-Mart employees must watch & observe for any shoplifting at the self checkout, but apparently, this employee was NOT PAYING THOROUGH ATTENTION as I scanned ALL my items. Had she been PAYING ATTENTION and observing THOROUGHLY, she would have seen that I did scan the bleach in the first place!!!! If you're going to do your job, please do it CORRECTLY!!! SMH!!! Nobody wants to be falsely accused of shoplifting!!!
