I'd rather pay a few dollars more and have someone check my groceries for me. Since they have 20+ registers and two cashiers. I think stores like Winn Dixie, Rouse's and Publix will be getting most of my buisness for groceries for now on. (no self checkouts) There are very few things I need from this store that I can't get elsewhere.

Not much to say about Walmart that hasn’t already been said, written or reported online. This isn’t the worst Walmart you’ve seen but it isn’t the nicest either. This is a fairly large store and tends to be well stocked. It’s also quite busy but isn’t in the worst neighborhood.

I placed an online order on 1/15/24 through the app to pick up my groceries at the Walmart on685 Schillinger Rd S, Mobile, AL 36695I got there, and there were no open pick- up parking spaces so I kept circling for 20 minutes and finally parked in a non pick up parking space. Called to let them know the situation but they never picked up the call. So I go into the store and speak to customer service and was told they couldn't do anything. So I finally leave without my groceries after having 40 minutes invested in waiting.I reschedule the pick up for the next day, arrive at 5:25p.m., got in a pickup parking space and let them know I'm there and the parking spot number through the Walmart app. I wait for 20 minutes then finally call the phone number on the pickup sign and the lady I spoke with verified the parking number to me and I told her yes that was the spot, then she proceeds to tell me I wasn't checked in!!! How in the world did she know what space number I was in??? Perhaps she doesn't know how the app works when you check in. She told me they would be out in about 5 or 10 minutes. Another 30 mins go by, nothing. Call customer service and they said they'll see if they can get someone from that department to pick up the line,I waited for 26 mins before giving up entirely. Never again

Several products have been out of stock for several weeks and shopping baskets are almost never found in case you are only going to purchase a couple of products. You have to look for the assistants at the checkout because they are usually talking to each other. Only very few are attentive to clients

All the parking spots for curbside pickup are ALWAYS FULL, and it's mostly in-store shoppers parking there to be closer to the door. SO FRUSTRATING. Management needs to figure out a solution.

Exceptional floor layout with everything being easy to find and easy to access. The staff is friendly and always willing to help you with finding a certain item or checking to see if they have what you're asking for. Without a doubt the best Walmart Supercenter to go to here in Mobile, AL!
