Had issues with getting outdated items on my grocery delivery order. Called the store to speak with someone in that department, they told me I could bring it back and exchange it or get my money back. Very unconcerned, didn’t even ask my name, yet they’re supposedly gonna get with a person who packed my order to make sure they don’t send people outdated items anymore. Interesting. Or should I say, ridiculous. But I guess with any large corporation like this, they have more customers than they need. But still, you could pretend you cared, even maybe apologize. Anything?

I just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge Jamal's outstanding service during our order pickup on Saturday, November 30( Dawes Walmart in Mobile). Even though he was on break, I approached him with a question, and he didn’t hesitate to assist me. He truly went above and beyond, and I deeply appreciate his help. I believe he deserves a longer break for his dedication and excellent customer service.

Of the store love the store they always have pretty much what I need. I shop here four times a week play I always have everything I need. Especially now that I have Walmart plus.p
