Went to particular branch today to do some personal business, just wanted everyone there is just a nice as can be excellent customer service they attend to your every need have been with Wells Fargo for many yrs good bank and good people and it's covient to expressway and state hwy and road ways its located in a shopping so there's plenty of parking plus there's plenty of amenities you might need in all directions things to know when you are out traveling or out shopping .

Currently sitting in line at the drive up,in the commercial lane. I've been here over 40 minutes. Absolutely the worst branch I've ever been to. All the other lanes are being serviced, except the commercial lane.

Don't dare come here a few min before 9am unless you want to get mobbed by a rude lady slamming the unlocked door in your face. Won't be returning to this specific Wells Fargo again!

Worst customer service and policies I've ever seen in my life of a bank. Cannot even deposit cash into an drive-thru with a debit card because they're scared of money laundering you have to go through the ATM. I call BS. There policy and way of handling things is why we've already closed most of our accts. Won't be long before they are all closed. Been loyal customers for 17+ years now and this is how they treat their customers.

I told the bank teller that I hadn't signed my check twice and she acted as if she didn't hear me. She was too busy telling me that they were going to charge me 7dollars and 50 cents to cash the check because I don't have an account there. I later called back up there when I got home and asked for the manager but someone by the name of Liz said he was in a m so I explained everything to her and she seemed very concerned about it and got my name, number and the amount of the check but that was Monday and today is Wednesday and I'm concerned about that check not being signed. This is not professional and I was told that someone would get back to me.

Highly recommend choosing a different bank. These people are frustrating and incapable. A negative experience every time I have to interact with this branch.

Don't even try to call this branch office on the phone, they aren't going to answer your call. So frustrating!!!!! I am so sick of poor customer service!!!! As long as my money is their bank and I don't need anything, everything is good for them.

I have been a personal and business customer with Wells Fargo for many years now. Today I went to make a deposit and exchange with one's. The lady Felicia that was helping me said it was tedious work. The one's were folded neatly, I didn't see what was the issue.I felt like she didn't want to help. Very unprofessional.
