I have been a customer of wells fargo bank for over 20years and this is the second time i am having an issue at this branch. They have a new manager who doesn't care about the long term customers and charges for every transaction. i am disappointed and so annoyed by the fact that i am being charged a cash deposit processing fee and a fee to change dollars into coins for my business; Despite the fact that i have a business account and multiple accounts with Wells Fargo. And, they did not explain or let me know the reason i was going to be charged. Time for me to close all my accounts.

Simply they do not care.
I asked for foreign currency and informed them the date I am leaving US, it was 7 days before my trip date, they said 2-3 business days and we will call you. For now seems perfect.
Today is Saturday. No body called me, this Monday is a holiday (Memorial day), I am leaving Wednesday early morning, when I was checking the shipment, fedex stated it was delivered to the branch on Friday morning, again no body called me, I am so frustrated from this service.
Today Tuesday I got my money. When I asked why no body called me? I expected an apology but unfortunately the employee told me that she called me on Friday and left voice mail. She is not telling the truth!!!? No body called me. You can see who called you or if you received voice mail. She was ....
I asked for the branch manager. The employee told me that the manager is not available today and no other one can take his/her place.
I feel very frustrated for this service.

Crap policy of not exchanging cash for change for non-Wells Fargo customers. Money is money. This is one of the many reasons why I don’t have a Wells Fargo account anymore. Poor customer service.

Wells Fargo management at the Airport Boulevard location in Mobile failed to protect my elderly aunt and uncle from undue influence when they created a $500,000 Savings Account on April 19, 2016, that assigned my stepmother as the beneficiary. The Wells Fargo management team were aware that in 2015, my aunt and uncle met with them to remove my stepmother as the beneficiary of their Wells Fargo checking account, but my stepmother refused to sign the required paperwork. The only option my aunt and uncle had was to close the account and open a new one, but the process of closing the existing checking account and opening a new one was overwhelming to them. The Circuit Court of Mobile assigned an attorney to investigate my uncle’s estate and found that the creation of the account was “problematic” and was “the product of undue influence”. My stepmother’s journal that was subpoenaed by the court appointed attorney reveals that the Wells Fargo management team (referred to as Tabitha Raus, Becky and Bobby on page 52 of the journal) were told that my aunt and uncle had dementia and that during the creation of the savings account my uncle was confused, and my aunt demonstrated erratic behavior. The meeting that my aunt and uncle had with Wells Fargo management team in 2015 to remove my stepmother from their checking account is also documented in the journal. The Wells Fargo management team was aware of the hostility that my aunt and uncle had with my stepmother as early as 2015 but did not take this into consideration when the $500,000 savings account was being created with my stepmother as the beneficiary in April of 2016.In April of 2016, my stepmother had already used her springing power of attorney with medical documentation of my uncle’s dementia and my aunt’s Alzheimer’s disease to prevent them from accessing their Vanguard investment accounts because of some questionable trades made by my uncle which is why they had so much cash on hand that needed to be put in a savings accountWells Fargo was subpoenaed to provide the records of both the checking and savings account creation, so this matter is well documented in your legal department. My aunt and uncle were clearly not in the right state of mind to open a $500,000 savings account that named my stepmother as the beneficiary which meant that all those funds would pass to her and not my uncle’s estate to be distributed to his heirs as outlined in his Will. As one of the heirs to my uncle’s estate, I have spent tens of thousands of dollars pursuing the truth in this matter and am exploring litigation against Wells Fargo for negligence in their handling of the creation of this account for 2 elderly people who were clearly suffering from dementia.

Worst service I ever had in a bank. My husband and I went to open a joint account, there was a small misunderstanding and the banker we had put incorrect info on a form, couldn't fix it, the whole thing took over an hour. I told the banker nevermind, if the info can't be corrected now, do not submit it that way, we will do this at another branch another day. He told us that's fine, he could bypass it if any signatures were required to close the account we just attempted to open. Then I get a call after we are back home from the bank manager, Dawn Mahoney, saying she filed a complaint on our behalf. I was like but I didn't want to file a complaint..... She said it's just standard policy if a customer leaves without finishing or is unhappy. Ok, whatever. She then tells me we do need to sign something to close the acct. Ok, I'll be there tomorrow. She says no the banker who helped us is off tomorrow. She can not get into his stuff. So then, she asks me if she can just sign our names for us!!! I was like ok NOW I want to file a complaint, against you, no way can you sign our names, that's ILLEGAL. That is fraud. It's not ok, totally unacceptable in any situation, wire fraud, bank fraud and no freaking way. Unbelievable.
