This branch was very clean, welcoming, and friendly. Chris was my teller. She was so polite to me. When I walked in I was greeted by everyone. I love the environment and atmosphere. Will return again to do business.

Today, I came in to WF to cash a check…the sweet teller asked me how my day was going, and today I couldn’t lie. I told her I’ve had one of the worst days possible. I had just come from a funeral. She immediately sympathizes with me and tells me she’s so sorry, as most of the general public would…but then she goes, “would you like to hear a fun fact?” Then tells me the fun fact about Mickey Mouse….it made me smile so dang big. She really made my day. I needed a smile more than I needed anything after the day I had. I think her name was Kayla…and she deserves ALL of the high fives and hugs in the world. Thank you so much. You have no CLUE what that smile meant to me. ❤️

One of the worst branch and craziest manager ever. I was there as wells fargo requested some documents from me. I called them before making an appointment regarding what kind of documents they need. The manager didn’t even bother to look at my accounts and told me I cannot tell you what documents you need as you have to come to the bank. I made an appointment and went to the bank and waited for 30 minutes and she told me I don’t have the document she was looking for asked me to come next day. So I set up an appointment and came next day. I called ahead of my appointment and specifically asked her about the notary and she told me they will notarize my documents. Later when I was there she said she can’t notarize it as I have to go somewhere else. I came back with the notarized documents right on time. But she was with someone else. I waited for more than an hour for my turn. And one of the cashier walked to me and told me she’s not sure how long more she will be with the other client. If you want you can leave and come back next time. I was like what the heck. Seriously how could you skip someone who already had appointment. No apologies nothing. This is ridiculous. All of my family members got accounts with wells fargo including business accounts. I am going to recommend them to change their bank. As this manager and the bank don’t deserve our money. This is stupid. And the manager needs to go.

Absolute disgrace, Branch manager ANNIE needs to go. Called the branch for Notary. Had and appointment and when i got there they dold they cannot do it. Another incident i was there with my business paperwork to update. called in for the appointment. went there right on time and had to wait more than an hour. Asked the teller how long will it take. tell went to the manger and she said she is busy not sure how long will it take and told us if we want to leave we can. this is really very unprofessional. i do not have all day to wait for her thats the reason i took the appointment. I AM NO LONGER DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM IF THINGS DONT GET SORTED OUT. ITS A ZERO STAR. DONT GO TO THAT BRANCH.

This Wells Fargo is unprofessional. I came in on a Saturday to get just one piece of paper notarized, when they first opened. When I came in I was greeted and asked what I needed. After the banker goes and talks to another, she comes back and tells me the notary can't see me today because she's booked up with appointments. Ma'am it only takes 2 minutes to notarize a paper. I was greatly disappointed in this Wells Fargo especially after being a customer for so long with the bank.

I've never had any trouble on this bank of until today when I was refuse service "change for the company I work for" because I did not have the account number. The lady at the drive-thru window was very rude and unprofessional! I have NEVER out of the last 6 years getting change twice a week had this problem they have always looked the account up by name. At the end of the day it feels like she just didn't want to work being that it was 4:30 half hour before closing. Can't bring myself to leave a one star because a lady that helps me 90% of the time is a sweetheart and never give me issues.

The tellers at the front were polite and friendly (which is the only reason this isn't a 1*), however, when I sat down to speak with the banker she immediately seemed like she did not want to help me. Asking me for paperwork that was not required and saying I needed my wife to be there in person to complete our process (also not required). I know these things are not required because I immediately drove to the Wells Fargo on Airport and Cody and had no issues completing the same thing. She was not unfriendly but also not very helpful.

Martrisse Haynes helped me at this branch and she went above and beyond . In the past at other Banks including my own customer service has left some to be desired. From the moment Martrisse greeted me I felt she genuinely cared . She did exactly as she indicated to me that she would. Wells Fargo should be greatfull to have her on their team!!

Excellent customer service at this location, I’ve personally been with Wells Fargo since 2005 and have never had any issues with my account. I’ve had to go into this branch for temporary debit cards while waiting on replacement. When I walk through the door the each member of staff make efforts to greet me along with a individual giving me proper expectation of my place in line (if any wait). This is important to me because my time is valuable, I am loyal to this branch because I also feel as if they value my business.
