Never buying online with this company again! Purchased an expensive Breville Espresso and wrong item arrived in the mail 5 days later. The next day wrong item was returned. On the phone they told me they will ship the right item right way. Another week passed, I called customer service and the new item was not shipped until return item is arrived. Well it is10 days later and still waiting for it and if I had bought on Amazon I will be drinking my Breville expresso coffee now instead of writing this bad review.

Beware when staff is setting charges on your William Sonoma card!!! I purchased an expression machine and the lady asked me if I wanted double points or the 12 months no interest. I said no interest of course, but she was in such a hurry to get to the zero people behind me that she was making a selection for me before I could even finish speaking. 1 month later I have $130 interest charges.

I’ve been a loyal costumer to WS over the years. We ordered gifts for my husband’s 92 year old grandma online for Christmas. Got a message yesterday they were processing the order (months later). Called and they said they would cancel the order. They did not and now I have something shipped across the country to someone who cannot return the items. They said it was up to me to return it. I will never order Christmas gifts from them again.

Been shopping here for about 15 years. Tried to return an item that I purchased as a Christmas present and they claim they can't find my purchase in their system even though they emailed me a notification of my order before I even got home with it. The gentleman, Brenden, was very unpleasant and would not even give me a store credit. He said I had to exchange the item out for another item, today....this is unheard of in the retail industry. You have lost a longtime customer. Beware of giving them your email address...they obviously don't use it to keep track of your in store purchases...just spam you to death

Love this store. It used to be located in Malbis...next to Pottery Barn..waaaaa! It's too far awaaaay. But the manager, Rebecca is willing to meet me 1 /2 way to bring me my purchase...imagine that...How nice is that? I WILL be back...Thanks Rebecca! You're the best!Now I just need to think of something I can't live without!

This is a wonderful kitchen and cooking store. They have all the items you may want for cooking meals and baking. I like their jars of cooking sauces to help make delicious meals. They also have good baking kits. At holiday times they have great candy, Pepermint Bark is my daughter's favorite candy here.

Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Sadly was really disappointed with finding an item out of stock on the site but the price in store was a good $30 more with the only available staff member unable to explain. Restored to just leaving.
