PLEASE READ: Have been here less than a month and have had several issues with leaks. Constant music blaring, yelling and kids banging on the door. Was laying in bed when I heard several gun shots and multiple cops outside. Highly don’t recommend. Can’t wait for our lease to be up. Update: 2:30 a.m kids pulled the fire alarm causing everyone in the building to wake up, freak out, go outside and call fire. No one could get in touch with Woodside security to turn the alarm off. If shootings don’t scare you be prepared to be woken up by firearms as well as coming back from work to a flooded apartment. God forbid it rains hard. The entire complex had issues with rent and we were told all late fees would be waived. We were then told we were the only people with this issue and we were charged a late fee. After questioning them my husband and I were hung up on and blocked not once but twice.

The manager, Brittani, worked with us after an unfortunate incident and now we are finally moving in! Staff has been great and the apartment looks amazing.

We just moved from Tennessee and Imani made our move so smooth for us! We were on a time crunch and the apartment we were trying to find wasn’t available. Imani called a few days later and found us the perfect spot! She worked with us the entire time and was so sweet and kind. We’re very excited to be part of this community and thank you Imani for making it happen!

I can't say enough about the employees at Woodside. Moving in my college aged son from out of town and not knowing anyone or the area, they went above and beyond to make My son and his roommates move in go smoothly. We ran into some issues but they were on it and took care of it ASAP. Miss Lindie and Brittany rock! My son loves going to the office to just sit and chat with Miss Lindie. She told me she would watch after them and she has done just that! Warms a momma's heart. The area is nice, it's close to Wal-Mart and restaurants too! Perfect for college boys being out on their own! Thanks Woodside! Keep up the great work!

Great things about REVIEWS!! Read and Adhere, I will not consider moving there. OMG, beautiful establishment but please treat tenants better and renovate. Too beautiful to be this horrible!!

I just toured an amazing unit today and I'm seriously impressed! The unit was spacious and felt like my potential home. Thank you to Imani Clarke - she made the entire experience top tier. Super helpful, relatable, informative, down to earth and knew her stuff. She answered all questions with no hesitation. I am definitely considering canceling all other tours and making this my new home!

I have lived here for a year now & out of all the apartments in Mobile this one is truly the best for the price you pay. Yes it can be expensive to some but every apartment is especially if updated like these are with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, hard wood floors, & wooden blinds. Plus with the deals like a free months rent after you move in you might as well say the rent is really a little over a $100 cheaper than what you actually pay. Not going to say names but some apartments charge the same as here yet have old brown cabinets & white appliances. Nothing wrong with that but I just feel like those outdated apartments should not have the same price as woodside! Maintenance is really good with fixing anything within the same day or following. I do recommend paying for the private parking spot if you’re in a building that tends to fill up spots at night time. The only bad reviews I see are about safety but we live in a city full of crime so just keep your cars locked & they do have nightly patrol from security as well as police officers! I love that I’m allowed to have my outdoor cameras here as well as other residents do too. I also was allowed to have my own chandelier installed in my front hallway as long as I put the old one back when I move out. I just resigned my lease & plan on living here until after I start my first year of teaching to buy my forever home.😊
