The AT&T Store in Monroeville provides great and helpful customer service. The staff is described as attentive, educated on the products, and very helpful. Employees are noted for being kind, sweet, knowledgeable, and friendly. They go over and beyond their duties, making everything very easy for customers. The team is great at helping to fix issues and at helping customers understand their bills. The store offers a great experience and shows the best example of what customer service should be. It is a business that makes customers believe there are good and kind people still willing to help.
