This place is an absolute joke! I dropped my car off 5/28 and was quoted to be able to pick up the next Friday. We hadn’t heard anything into the week after the car was going to be ready. My husband called Wednesday 6/5 to inquire about the status of my car. Kenny, the owner, told my husband that I could come to pick up the next day 6/6. I showed up this morning (6/7) to get the car that was supposed to be ready. I pull up and my car doesn’t have a bumper, they said that were missed a $2 clip for the reservoir that had been busted as well… why the clip wasn’t ordered two weeks, or even a month ago when they had my car for 72 hours accessing the damage, I couldn't tell you. They said they were going to put the bumper on so I could have my car back and when the clip came in they would put it back. This was before 9am this morning. And at this point I was still very understanding as I know they are human. I called to check if it was ready at 12pm as all they were supposed to be doing was popping the bumper back on. They said it was in the cleaning phase and would call me when it was ready. I didn’t receive a call till 3:15pm Now I have wasted a whole day I could have been working, providing for my family, instead I got jacked around AND STILL DIDN'T EVEN GET THE JOB DONE! So upon pick up, I express to Kenny how dissatisfied I am with the customer service and how I felt that my time had been extremely disrespected as he had blatantly lied about when we could pick up. I told him because of this I didn't feel comfortable paying him the full amount for the job he didn’t finish. He proceeded to tell me that he wasn’t going to allow me to pay less just because of a clip. While frankly, I don’t care what part it was, these people knew the parts they needed weeks ago and failed to report the issue, therefore costing me even more than the THOUSAND OF DOLLARS they charged me to replace a bumper and wind shield fluid reservoir… when I told Kenny that we were going to need to come to agreed, I guess he didn’t like a woman puffing her chest at him because he threatened to call the law and keep my car…like I said, a joke. If you want to be jacked around, out of a car for weeks, and treated like scum, do your business here!

We had a company van break down outside Monroeville and they came to tow it to their shop on a Saturday night. The guy told us he would have the back door latch and the battery/alternator repaired by the following Monday or Tuesday. 9 days later we were told the van would be ready in a few days. We finally get the van back and the alternator wear fixed but the door latch that had caused the electrical malfunction to begin with was not fixed. Tried calling them several times and they won't answer and you can't leave a message.Services: Body & Trim

I am a long time customer of Kenny's collision. He does awesome work for amazing prices. I moved away about 15 years ago and I still drive hundreds of miles to get him to do my paint and body work. I give him my highest recommendation.

Not a good place I dont recommend them to anyone if you want your car to run good they do patch work charge you then when it break down again they charge you they say they charge your insurance but it's really shady to me I say if you can find somewhere better do it
