Assist manager is rude and acts like she doesn't want to help anyone then gets to the cashier and says I had to do it by myself but refused any help from myself or husband. Rest of employees were very nice and even apologized for her attitude. We brought a 500.00 dollar door.

The customer service is great. They dont know the products they are selling. Had to return three times exchanging products The Employees need to have a little knowledge or training in the department's they work in.

Assistance was completely absent. I asked for help loading 30 bags of soil and mulch with no help whatsoever. Staff looked at me and walked away quickly. Really, really bad customer service! Not sure I will return or ever advise others to buy from this store. Very bad!!!

I hope the store manager knows how outstanding the yard worker's are they made placing my lumber order simple&easy and every stick of lumber they picked out that was deliverd was of top quality .
