Terrible customer service. They’re barely ever open when they’re supposed to be. There’s a half-ass sign on the door written with a dried-up marker that I didn’t even notice, saying the pumps weren’t working. The employee decided to catch an attitude and talk to me like I’m stupid just because I didn’t see it. If you hate your job that much, stay home.

Ounce again closed at 8:30. Your hours are open until 11:00pm. The door was open and the woman says we closed at 8:30. Was rude about it as well. Get it together already. This happens often.

So this second day I go and again 6:00pm at night and it's closed. Thought to give it a second chance. This time someone was in there and still said they are closed. Ridiculous! Going to call the corporate office this time.
