I went in today with my mom today, 4.3.25 to get some shoes and the lady in there was so damn rude and NOT helpful at all. My mom had asked if there was a pair of shoes in the back that she wanted, but mom didn't want the one that was on the floor cause that was the shoe that everyone had been trying on. We'll that sales lady, when I asked for help threw down her phone in discuss, like we were bothering her. Then mom had to try on several different pair. The sales lady then started laughing cause we asked for a different pair. I'm like lady, why are you laughing. Then mom asked for a different pair. Then the sales rep started giving dirty looks. Well......I had to.walk out the door before I said something I was gonna regret. Needless to say, living in a small town as Monroeville there are not that many places to shop, but we WILL NOT be shopping there again. We will drive to Gulf Shores to get shoes.

They didn't have many shoes to choose from in my size but nice store and friendly people

While they have amazing shoes and prices, the employees lack tact and professionalism. I walked out and will not return because the girl working said hello and I smiled and said hey but she didn’t hear me so she went on to talk badly about me to her coworker. Ridiculous and extremely rude.
