Thieves. Never go there for a u-haul or anything to do with a u-haul. They over charged me miles that i never drove. It was miles from a previous trip someone else had took before i ever rented it. I have proof that i never drove those miles. They do not care at all to resolve the situation and refund me my money!! The woman on the phone keeps saying she will call me back tomorrow? BS! NO help at all. The situation was supposed to be handled after over b a week ago and the lady told me have a nice day! Now today i get a charge for $165 wtf?! Straight up BS.

I live down the street from here. This place is rarely ever open... They close early most days and some days they choose whether to be open or not. Very inconsistent as well as inconvenient. I won't waste my time trying to go here anymore as they are never open.
