The lady in the drive through asked how I was and I replied “I’m good, how are you?” She didn’t answer and was looking at her computer. She looked busy and didn’t respond so I gave her a minute. After about 2 minutes she said “um what do you want me to do?” (With a smirk on her face and a rude hand motion) The polite thing to say would be “what can I do for you?”You shouldn’t work a customer service job if you can’t manage to be respectful. We all have bad days but there was no reason for the attitude.

I am appreciative that Regions keeps watch over my accounts with the Montevallo Branch. I was receiving texts about possible tampering with my checking account; I mistook it to be a scam. When Regions did not get a response from me, my account was locked. I am so grateful that happened. Someone had tried to hack my checking account, immediately, after I had used it for a purchase through a business who uses out of country representatives. I like the fact that, even though I didn't take initiative to follow through in fixing this situation, Regions did it for me. My first-of-the month income was saved. Thank you Jesus Christ for a business like Montevallo Regions--Looked beyond my faults and saw my need.

When I needed them most they closed my accounts by letter. Not even a phone call. Customer over 15 years flushed down the toilet.

Never had any negative issues here. Used to drive through ATM all the time and it always has cash has never been out of order. We also got a loan from here and that was a very good experience and very helpful loan officer.

Don't care about their customers and lack common sense! If you end up with fraudulent charges against your account they'll help the person stealing from you! When i noticed the charges they wouldn't put a stop to the transactions because they still pending then after that it takes another 3-5 after filing the dispute against the transactions to hear anything while they charge you overdraft fees and send threatening emails and letters over the account being negative when it more their fault because they won't attempt to fix the issues in a quickly always get told to wait while the Thief gets away fraudulent charges should be stopped immediately making victims wait until transactions show as posted instead of pending before being allowed to dispute the charges only helps the thief get away
