Act of Congress to cash a check. ID isn't enough they want several. Even when the check matches the name on the ID and is from business with an account at their bank.

During the upgrade YOU SHOULD HAVE ALLOWED THE AUDIOMATED STSTEM TO OPERATE! That was a big inconvenience to the customers as most of the don’t write anything down , so therefore we don’t know how is in our accounts.

Audrey, RB1 is very rude and unprofessional! I tried to cash a check from my employer. She was no help and tried to make it seem as though I had fraudulent activity going on.
