“I've shopped here before when looking for used cars, but never bought one until this week when I helped a friend buy her car. The employees are all very nice and the purchase process was incredibly fast, painless and totally pressure-free. The salesman I dealt with was very clear that he is not on commission, yet he was still very helpful. The owner and his daughter run the office and they were both friendly and efficient. They've been in business this for 18 years, so they know what they are doing. I've literally spent more time checking out a Best Buy than it took to buy a car here.
Just understand that this dealership sells USED CARS. They purchase them at wholesale and resell them for a reasonable, no-haggle price. They don't recondition the cars. They don't warranty them. They really know nothing about these cars - it's up to you do decide if it fits your needs and is in decent condition. The cars may have dents and dings and other problems. If you are looking for a warranty or to haggle over the price, or worry about every imperfection, then go elsewhere and pay more and deal with high-pressure salespeople. But if you need inexpensive transportation sold by friendly and efficient people, this is the place.”
