Ordinarily, I have a good experience with this post office due to kind workers and prompt service. Today, was much different. The counter worker was very rude to the woman in front of me and wasn't much kinder to me. After waiting my turn, I didn't even get the help I needed to ship my package. I had a QR code to scan for a printed label. Apparently, the internet is not working. She didn't offer to assist me in another way and didn't say much of anything after just saying the Internet didn't work so I left on my own accord. Before even finishing with talking to me she turned away and started talking to a worker, ignoring me. Terrible experience.

Will NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE .I called and called and finally went down and while I was in the lobby I called and watched as no one even thought about answering the phone. THATS YOUR TYPICAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES

Very disappointed with the lack of standard for package delivery. My package was jammed into the mailbox and left hanging halfway out with the mailbox left open. The delivery driver did not even attempt to knock on the door, or leave the package at the front door as they have done several times before. I have submitted a complaint through the website and am waiting to see how USPS responds.

I’ve had several packages stolen because it seems like they like to stuff packages in the mailbox and refuse to bring to my doorstep! I filed a police report too! Some days they are here around 11am then other days 4-5PM! Whoever they have doing my route is lazy!

We’ve filed police reports for mail theft in our area and our mail carrier decided to force a box into the mailbox that contained a $200 tablet and leave it there instead of bringing it to the house.

My boyfriend, Kim Melton, made a payment one day late, and they charged him $22.00 late fee. The policy said he had 10 days after the due date to pay his payment, before there was a late fee, but was charged $22.00 late fee. He is on a fixed income and that was not according to the policy. He always pays on time but just forgot one time. Feels like he was taken advantage of.

My package was left out side in front of my house for everyone to see and possibly to steal. Should have been left by my door so it wouldn't get wet.
