“From the front desk staff to the precious intake team member. My less than cooperative pet was treated with such love and patience. I appreciate their understanding of his personal needs and utilizing the time needed for him to receive the care he needed during his visit.”
“We are so thankful to everyone at Calera Animal Hospital! When our cat became terribly sick suddenly, they were available to see her right away. Everyone was friendly and caring! Thank you for saving our kitty!”
“We have two Miniature Schnauzers, Ava and Tula Belle, plus my grand dog, Chloe, a Cocker Spaniel. We started using Airport Veterinary Hospital in 2017 when Ava was a puppy. Over the past 6 years Dr. Buchanan, aka Dr. Buck, has seen our girls through puppy vaccinations, annual checkups, illness & surgeries. Both he and his staff are so nice and caring that I cannot imagine using anyone else. If you are looking for a new Veterinarian in the Alabaster/Calera area, I highly recommend you give them a call.”
“Very pet friendly vetinary clinic. They were so attentive to my shitzu Khloe. Have always been price friendly. I will definitely be bringing my baby back to Bluebonnet animal clinic.Everyone was very professional. Thank you bluebonnet”
“We had an emergency with our 15 year old Sheltie who was whining badly to relieve herself even though she was weak and had difficulty standing. The owner was nice enough to let us use his grass even though he was getting ready to close the gate. Little did we know at the time but 7 hours later while still driving home she stopped breathing and died. A heartfelt thank you for this small act of kindness”
“I am very pleased with the care giving to my sweet wiskey. Ivey explained to me with my concerns about wiskey in details. She was very patient and kind. Dr Ross was gentle with her and did not cause her any stress. Alex checked us out at the register she was very friendly and kind. Viv and kayce assist with wiskey as well, the entire team is very attentive and quick to provide information about wiskey's visit. I did not have to wait long, wiskey was calm and was not stressed when I received her back. I just love banefield in alabaster the team there are truly there to take care of your pets.”
“I take both of my cats here, and it is the BEST vet I’ve ever been to! The atmosphere is perfect, and the doctor is extremely knowledgeable. My cat had an eye issue, and my previous vet misdiagnosed her. He knew immediately what was wrong and prescribed medicine that healed her eye within 2 weeks. The doctor, along with every staff member, is extremely kind.”
“We had an emergency situation and we’re very thankful Alexus fit us in early the following morning.
Great friendly staff and our lab Honey is healing up!”
