On 08/23/23@9:55 called AAA and spoke with a young lady and she had the nasty attitude ever never responded to anything unless a asked is she still there so I guess I want be buying my membership next year#sadddd

The agent was helpful and nice during the initial process, but my car insurance premium increased shortly afterwards. My insurance
agent won't return my calls so I am definitely not renewing at a higher rate without an explanation.
