The customer Service at Aaron's on Atlanta Highway has much improved under its new General Manager. They value their customers and they are understanding, kind, and very helpful now. I have no reservations recommending this Aaron's on Atlanta Hwy. I also enjoy the items I have purchased from their furniture store--two sofas and a bommbox I take with me to the Nursing homes and sometimes in the parks with the Homeless throughout Mississippi when I'm doing Outreach through my ministry and with my mother's church. 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩The people at this store is so rude in liars in get mad at you because there’s not doing there job I was a new customer I canceled my order the day of delivery because the lady was so rude when calling about my order please people go somewhere where you will be appreciate at please I repeat don’t spend your hard earned money at this location with these nasty people . you have been warned they gone turn on u I’m so happy this happened before I got there stuff to my home god is good I will not be doing business with them again ⚠️⚠️⚠️🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩

Wish I could give zero stars I went in to get a washer and dryer (despite my feelings of buy here pay here places ) during they promo and everything was fine I went in the store set up everything far as delivery and all . I finished my order online as I was told so my payment wasn’t due till Friday the 1st of November.
Here we are the day before my delivery and the lady call me demanding a payment saying per the GM Mike I have to make my payments in advance it was up to his discretion … umm no thank you just cancel the whole order cause per the agreement I signed that’s not what it said

My daughter had a delivery that supposed to been delivered March 15 after 3 pm she called the store and spoke to a guy they said they was on the way Today is Saturday don’t have the delivery. Bad business!

This is the best place to rent to own something because it is run by very knowledgeable and friendly people who understand when you need help and they will work with you as long as you are truthful and keep your word.

They lie about your delivery time. I hate that place. They are rude and once my husband and I went up there. The head person talked rude to me over the phone. My husband went in there with me and tge head person called the cops. I know you was scared. You don't talk to men like you talked to me. Respect people you idiot.

I absolutely love this store! I have several things from Aaron's. The staff is great! They all are really nice and helpful! They are really hardworking people too. If you haven't been to this location yet, you really need to go! It's a great experience!

I purchased through them this time, but next time I most definitely will not. The first time they delivered my fridge, they said it was too big for the doorway so they took it back and I had to order a smaller one. Then they call me back when my new one came on the truck and now said I had to reapply again even though the fridge was supposed to just be transferred (another pull on my credit). Then the delivery guys show up, we're short and refused to talk much or answer questions. I had to get my old fridge disconnected, they wouldn't even let me use a tool to disconnect it. Said they didn't have the tools to do it, yet they had the tools to put the new fridge together. Then they rush out, don't say anything. Just try to hand me a piece of paper to sign and act like they don't even have time to explain how to do the water line. I will never spend my hard earned money here again.

While arranging our purchase of a dryer the young lady that helped us was polite. We set up the delivery.On that day I stayed home waiting. I received a call where I answered said hello 3 times no reply! A few minutes later my daughter came in with the we missed you note on our door. I called the number and said I have been waiting for this delivery and found this on the door when checking the mail.The man says we'll we called your husband and your number to tell you we were on our way. And that they had knocked on our door. I said noone knocked. My dogs never barked and no one heard any knocks.Then he says we called you. I said I had one call and no one replied to my hello. He then raises his voice and yells so its our fault? You should have called the number back to see who it was. I said I wasn't going to do that with all the spam calls now adays.So he says your now being sarcastic? And continued to yell at me. Very unprofessional. If we hadn't needed the dryer I would have cancelled it right then.
