I feel like my hair was rushed because the mother was ready to go , when Mary finally came she rushed also . Besides that I was satisfied with my braids . But I have only had my braids for 1 week now and they are ALL loose and falling out. Especially around my edges .. This has discouraged me from coming back or sending any family and friends.!

I will not recommend this place for no one I ask for Tree Braids paid for their hair was not happy with the hair or my style at all braids fell out exactly the same day! I guess it was the mother that installed my Tree Braids she did not have my hair full at all only style I got truly,honestly was braids A BIG WASTE OF MY TIME,MONEY I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!ðŸ˜

Got some crochets done two days ago and their already falling out of my head. Also the braids to my scalp started coming loose in the front almost like she didn't even braid tight enough.

I give this salon three stars ONLY because of quality. The owners daughter did my hair and she did an amazing job, some of the best twist I've ever received, BUT there customer service is some of the worst I've ever received. They lack professionalism. Just because it's a salon does not mean you should not be held to the same standards as any other business. If you set an appointment that means you need to be there early or exactly at that time. My appointment was at 830, they did not get there (after I had to call) until almost 9 am, while myself and another customer waited outside in the heat. Than they had to set up which took another 30 mins so I didn't start til about 930ish. The salon isn't a place for children, especially ill mannered ones, running around screaming, hitting customers (me) with bottles and just being completely loud. They are asking to take breaks to go pick up people, going outside to answer personal phone calls, over booking appts, etc. than not to mention they're speaking ill of their customers in French not knowing who around them (myself) understands. I would only recommend this shop if you have nothing else to do for the day. Great work, horrible customer service.
