They have a on-site apartment for rent and I lived there for 4 months. Worst experience ever. I am active duty military so thankfully was able to get out of the lease. Problem after problem came up and they would drag their feet to fix every single one. The heat was not working for 2+ weeks in the winter during a cold front. Some sort of animal was in the ceiling and that was not resolved. I was constantly finding bugs everywhere. The previous property manager when I signed the lease was great at communicating, but he was replaced about a month into moving in. The new landlord not only treated the staff badly, but reprimanded them for giving me his phone number to contact him about an issue at the apartment. He never answered any of my texts or phone calls, forcing me to use the people in the office as a middle man which I highly disliked about his character immediately. When I moved out on active duty orders I gave him notice as soon as possible, which was about 7 weeks before I would need to leave. I asked for prorated rent for the last month I would be living there and he said (communicated through the staff) that he would only do that if I helped find someone to move into the apartment which is ridiculous. Not military friendly at all. I moved out over 30 days ago and have not received any response from the landlord about when I will be receiving my security deposit back. the apartment was left cleaner then when I moved in and with no damage at all. Overall very frustrating and stressful situation and I highly discourage anyone that is looking to rent an apartment from them. At least if Lathe is still managing the properties, as he was the main issue.

I've been there for awhile now and the service is outstanding. Natasha is an excellent and amazing manager, because she stays on top of things. She's great!

I went to rent a unit the employee Natasha was very informative and professional. I am a Navy Veteran and this place has all the military branches flags displayed. They even rent Penske trucks.
