The process from exam to picking up glasses is amazing, with service that exceeds expectations. Staff members are empathetic, provide exceptional customer service, and can make a difficult situation stress-free with kind gestures. While experiences are generally positive, some notes mention that an eye exam seemed kinda rushed on a busy day, though all questions were answered. In rare instances, requested lens features like anti-glare were missed, and some lenses may have chromatic aberration.
