Beginning with the move in process everything was easy and smooth for me. Yennebyth has been very responsive and helpful working with me as well the entire office has been very friendly and supportive. Work orders have been done in a timely manner and the team goes above to ensure that everything is done properly.

Hello, I’m Alondra Gray. Moving to Arden Pointe was a great experience for the kids and I. We love our apartment and the location its in. To be honest, I got the best spot out here. Arden Pointe keep up the great work with the help of Yennebyth; she’s an amazing person in and out of the office. If anyone would ask me about affordable and safe living, I will refer Arden Pointe.

Please don’t move here ! They never fix nothing these apartments are so old and outdated I lived in a downstairs apartment and my apartment constantly flooded and no one cared to move me and my family of 5 into a more livable apartment after my many request. Not only that they have a terrible Roach and gnat problem they’ll be crawling in my bed and my children’s bed . Disgusting! The women in the office are rude and always looking crazy with the ugly face . Please don’t move here need I mention they sell cat right across the street at the motel
