Consultant Anna met us as soon as we walked in the door. She was awesome from the start. My wife had a problem with her phone and Anna was able to correct in short order. We were so happy with the service, we upgraded both phones! Outstanding Service!!

They are not responding to the coustmer properly.
We had a problem and went to at&t eachchase but they just blaming other person they are not helping out any thing.
They are telling to call coustmer care and they will fix. If coustmer care fix the problem why they are working in store. They can shut the store and go home. This is the 2nd time i am facing the same problem.

Greg Smith (Eastchase Montgomery) who assisted me and is continuing working with me in my decision on changing over to AT&T internet air. Greg has been great. He is really engaged in explaining the process of switching from my current internet provider. I look forward to working with Greg in completing the transition. His knowledge of the new service is commendable. It's been a long time since I could complement customer service. Greg gets a 10+ rating from me. Exceptional service by Mr. Brian Dove at AT&T in Eastchase (Montgomery, AL). Answered all questions and took all the time we needed to make a purchase and transfer all the phone data and info for us. Outstanding employee who goes above and beyond for his customers. Give him a raise.
