I really appreciated being able to use the computer. I don't have to do much on computer but it was great service. I was sitting at computer and some students were talking loud like they were outside in group. That's not good in library. But thanks for your service. So helpful

I called them is this a public library. She said yes and asked her if i can print a couple pages. She said yes you can print in the second floor. After driving 10 minutes to the library. The guy in the second floor said you can’t use the library it’s specific for students. Someone that picks up your phone doesn’t know if the library in which she works is whether for public or not. Or the guy upstairs was not in the mode. Wasted my time while they could help.

I was having trouble finding page numbers from a book for my in-text citations. I am not a student at AUM but at Trenholm and saw they had the book I needed at their library. I called to try and get the page numbers for my quotes and Mrs. Jessica Hayes went out of her way to not only get the page numbers I needed, but emailed them to me as well. Because of her I did not have to rewrite parts of my final essay and was able to submit on time, I got a 100!THANK YOU SO MUCH Mrs. Hayes!

I’m not sure where students go on campus to study but there is no way I can be productive in this library. There is too much happening one the first and second floors to focus and when you go on up, it is awfully dingy, cramped, and dark. The upper floors are quiet but it feels like a dungeon even though you are higher up. I think if the building was designed a little better with the thought of actually being able to look out the windows while seated. But as of now, that is not the case. It’s very uncomfortable. I would love to know where students go on campus to study in a quiet, but well lit, comfortable atmosphere. This isn’t it.

Worst library I've ever used for a campus. Wifi doesn't work more than half the time even on the lower levels of the building. There also isn't many resources for group studies beyond just tiny rooms with a desk. Staff is great though and very helpful.

Very helpful staff, quiet learning environment, coffee bar and charging ports are great, and it's definitely a selling point for AUM

Unfortunately the wi-fi still isn't the greatest beyond 1st and 2nd floor (not from lack of us trying to get the needed items to make it better), but this library is full of helpful, friendly staff. Since one of the earlier reviews we have done a complete inventory of the main collection and off-site items to get rid of item records that that were in the OPAC but haven't been up-dated to missing or lost and suppressed from the public catalog. There has also been a change in leadership of the library and the current dean has helped create a better work and user environment along with the Head of Public Service who has been here just over a year. If you haven't tried it lately, give us a try! We are open to the public. And if you're still having trouble finding an item, just stop by the Reference Desk. If they can't find it, then Interlibrary Loans probably can if you are an AUM faculty, staff, or student. For everyone else, we can reduce search times and trips to other libraries by searching other local and even state or international libraries for a available copy that your public library card can check out for free. We are here to help you! And I have worked in both Interlibrary Loans and more recently in Government Documents, over the past 10 years. I can personally vouch we've change a lot in that time, especially in the past few years.

Great selection! One would think by 2016 and the cost of tuition there would be wifi (that works).
