I have looked all over for my dream car, been on the hunt for over a year. Finally found it at Auto Connection in AL! Brad was great to work with, available for questions throughout the whole process and worked closely with my bank to get the proper documents in hand to make the 900 mile drive from Kansas to Alabama. Took less than 30 mins to get all the paperwork handled and out the door back on the road we went!

I bought a truck from here three years ago and was so impressed with the customer service experience from the guys at Auto Connection, so much so that when I was looking to sale my truck years later, I sold it back to them! I have so many positive things to say about Auto Connection and its owner, Brad. First and foremost, this is my second purchase from Auto Connection. I purchased a BEAUTIFUL 2021 BMW 740I M Sport. The process to purchase was just as fast and efficient as my first purchase in 2019. I want to highlight Brad's professionalism and acknowledge how he truly goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I had one specific request after the deal was signed which Brad agreed to assist me with and I truly appreciate his efforts and expertise. Worked with Brad, Was phenomenal. Purchased a 2020 x7 only off of pics. Did a great job making me feel comfortable, super responsive, sent me to a place to get my funding going! Buying without driving can be scary sometimes but not in this case, I would purchase from them again and would recommend to anyone.

I found a hard to find older car in excellent condition at Auto Connection and immediately reached out to them. I dealt with Brad and he assured me that he would hold the car for me despite lots of other interest. I was coming from NYC and couldn't be happier with how smooth everything went.
