Earlier this year (2025), I went to Auto Express hoping to speak with Bobby Long, since I had purchased a car from him before when he worked there. I was informed that he was no longer with the company, so I spoke with the owner, Larry. I explained that I was looking for an Infiniti QX80 and had a $3,500 down payment. He asked me to give him a few days, and about a week later, he found a truck for me.
I test-drove it and, although I felt a bit uneasy, I ignored those warning signs and decided to move forward with the purchase. Unfortunately, doing business with this company has been nothing but a headache. The staff, including Chillious, who claims to be a pastor, were unprofessional and dishonest throughout the process.
The owner later claimed I was behind $900 and then raised the total amount owed to $2,800 before I could even get my vehicle back. I ultimately took the loss — but I strongly believe this business will lose even more in the long run because of how they treat people.
Please, do not do business with this company.

After selling us a 2020 Nissan Versa here in Atlanta with a GA title, the engine light came on. We paid several hundred of dollars to try and fix the engine codes but the code is still there. The shop said there’s some ECM issues and also we found out today that the car was totaled out years ago but for some reason, the title isn’t a rebuilt or a salvaged title. That was illegal to the fullest extent and legal matters are on the way because the salesman “Akeem” (who sold us the car) isn’t cooperating but “We will see” 🤷🏾♂️. #YourOwnDamPpl

I would highly not recommend anyone here, entire crew is nice and friendly up until you put the deposit in their hand, then they become rude and very nasty. Cars look nice and that’s it!!!! They rig the cars up to last up until the 30 day warranty. Soon as the 30 days are up everything goes wrong. Please don’t purchase a car from here you will regret it!!!

Worst experience of all time ever worst than second chance…that crew is very rude and nasty. I put $3500 down owed $40 payment due on the 21st and I get towed 3 days before the people are extremely disrespectful …. Rolls up while my kids right there yell “get tf out the car” smdh wound not recommend my dog to go there…

Horrible company! Sold me a bad car with a bad transmission only had the vehicle for 5 days after putting ***** dollars cash down payment on the vehicle it shut down while my four month old baby was in the back seat on a very busy hwy. its been three days they refuse to help me or give me money back!

I they sold me a car that didn’t work after 30 miles and it wasn’t 24 hrs since I purchased the car which was a 2013 Chrysler 300 black it ran hot and the owner didn’t want to give me my money back he rather fix it which mean it was going to be rigged up. Finally got my money back but not what I put down the owner made me pay for the parts that needed repaired…do not do business with that car lot you will lose out I promise you.

This has to be by far the worst place ever!!!!! The positive reviews must be fake they have to be. I can't speak on all the cars but the one I bought and some other people I've come across says they were sold lemons and so was mine. Mine needed a compressor which was 1500.00 a few weeks later transmission is slipping which was probably slipping when I purchased it just didn't know. They even put the cars together with screws. WTH? Never in my life have i seen a bumper held together with screws until i went to auto express. The wanna be financial advisor is what she calls herself so pitiful and thirsty for anything with a pulse. Get credit straight people so we never have to look at this sight for sore eyes again. The girl did ask if I was sure i wanted to buy a car from there and she works there.Shame on you auto express!!!
