There's a AutoZone around the corner from me and I will drive across town to my old neighborhood just to come to this location because the of great customer service. Christina and Keyaire specifically are always so professional, prompt, and polite whenever I come here.

Stopped by. I am currently residing 2 hours away. Overall store was clean, organized, appeared to be well stocked 9:10 am CST. What troubled me is that the Parts Sales Manager (which represented the store) was walking around with his pants low and his cartoon underwear showing. He did not have a belt on and the sag was not necessary. I found that to be unprofessional and poor representation of the Autozone national brand. CJ Riley, please cover up your underwear. I do not come to stores to see all of that nonsense.
Also, Women bathroom was out of order and male bathroom below par. Autozone, please have at least one clean bathroom for customers.

Today is September 9th 2023 I R.Brow myself went in to return some break pads had all the necessary receipts as well as my credit card the gentleman held an extensive conversation with someone else by the name of Grayson James what's the store manager I presume that's what was on his shirt did not know how to refund this transaction of which I purchased these brakes from another AutoZone off of Atlanta highway this particular store that I went to exchange these brand new brake pads that had never been used was on Fairview address 443 Fairview avenue Montgomery Alabama 36105 I was very disappointed in the services that was rendered to me therefore I have to go back over across town to return these brakes to the Atlanta highway store that's a inconvenience for me sincerely, R. brown

The store manager, and his staff had the best customer service. Mr. Ed went over, and beyond to expedite the process. He was prompt, had a sense of urgency, and he really followed up on everything.
