Person at the counter was very rude. He told me he didn't have the part I wanted. When I asked if he could order it, he simply repeated that he didn't have it, and he sounded exasperated. He never explained that it was not available.

This store (3343 Atlanta Highway) is wonderful- several gentlemen that went above and beyond their normal duties to try to help us resolve our issue!! The store managers were courteous, polite, EXTREMELY helpful with every question I asked (& I ask a LOT)!! Thanks again!!

Nick is very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly with customers. He did a battery check for me and respected my car like it was his own. It's workers like him that'll bring back to this store.

Truly outstanding experience. Tim greeted my friend and I as we came into the store. He assisted us with all the questions we had and was just great. Tim has an amazing personality and even greater customer service. Top notch employee and worth the 5 star review AutoZone received. Keep up the great work.

The nicest employee (had only been there about 2 weeks) waited on me. Since I didn't know how to do it, he even put the windshield wiper fluid I bought in my car for me!
