Heavy set guy at night was a great person I came in 1 day and bought 2 sets of headlights he helped me changed it and than 2 days later the other side went out. I went back and he was there to help me with changing the other side. He was very helpful and I'm very appreciative for that. I will stop by today and get his name so that I can update with his name.

I've consistently had positive experiences at AutoZone. Their staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help me find the right parts. The prices are competitive, and I appreciate their Loan-A-Tool program, which has saved me money on multiple occasions. However, sometimes the wait times can be a bit long, especially during peak hours. Overall, I highly recommend AutoZone for your auto parts needs.

I have used autozone before and every single interaction I have had has been awful!!! The employees never know how to just listen to the customer and they never actually know anything about vehicles! I went to auto zone today multiple times because every time I told them what oil filter I needed they wouldn’t listen at all! The store manger frank was pretty rude and kept telling me my vehicle was broken or messed up because it didn’t fit the oil filter that his computer told him should fit it. I have changed my own oil multiple times on many different vehicles I have owned and have never had a problem finding an oil filter when Google it or even looking at the book inside the store but the book inside this autozone didn’t even cover my year or make of vehicle which shocked me because it is a very common vehicle! When I finally found the oil filter I needed and I knew would work from looking on Google and not listening to the store manger he proceeded to tell me how it wouldn’t work and how you can’t trust Google for anything. I finally brought home the new oil filter and it fit perfectly no thanks to any help from these very unknowledgeable employees! I will never shop at an auto zone again and if I ever have anyone ask me where to shop for auto parts I will make sure they know that autozone doesn’t know how to hire people with people skills or knowledge of vehicles!!!

Worst customer service, staff is not even listening the problem, shocked by their behavior , don’t go here if need customer service, highly disappointed.

Jerrell S. Greeted us as we walked in. Was very nice. And changed my battery to my car. One of my terminals was in bedded into the battery and he never complained he just kept at it until he got it off and then explained how it was so hard. He was absolutely amazing and I will request him anytime I go back
