I've been to this location many times as it is near my house. The service is hit-or-miss, but the parts inventory is very limited (not to mention they tend to misplace things a lot). Go to the one off the bypass.

I went in for an error message on my dashboard about my tail lights. I couldn’t tell which ones were out. Maurice helped me realize both my a brake light and turn signal were out. He searched for the correct bulbs and offered to replace them for me on his own without charge. I was in and out in about 20 minutes and all my lights work now! I’m very grateful.

Shannon was a great help. She was pleasant and immediately assistant me as soon as I walked through the door. I didn't know what oil I needed. She looked it up, checked my oil and assisted me so I wouldn't sling a rod. I had no oil.

The high level of customer service from the AutoZone on Vaughn Road never ceases to amaze me. Even a deed such as replacing a headlight bulb is given treatment that I consider royal. I appreciate Maurice for taking the time to not only install the bulb in my Fiat 500X, but also showed me how to do it myself for future reference.
