You can't go wrong with a trip to B&BW! They're all pretty well the same, and the employees are always willing to help. I frequently shop at this particular location and have never had any problems. The store is well organized, and I've always found what I was looking for unless it was a seasonal item that I missed.

The manager Tessa or Tess at this location refused my return of 3 plug ins for an exchange because i didn't like the scent, saying that it wasn't enough product, as if it was coming out of her paycheck. I was a loyal customer of this location and have purchased hundreds at a time of product at this location previously. It is at the discretion of the manager and she had none. I went to the "Prattville" location was greeted at the door by management and had no problem returning the same items. I was looking adorable in my boots and hat my guess is she was hating on me. Her cashiers were giving her looks of disapproval for not accepting my return. I will "never" shop here again.

I love the store but it is super cramped. It gets so much worse on sale days. It's almost impossible to move around. The staff are always helpful.

A little back story on my experience. I used my $16.95 reward to purchase a candle holder. Unfortunately, it was out of stock so the order was cancelled. When you use points for a purchase, and it’s cancelled, the points do NOT return to your account. I called a manager yesterday, and discussed the issue. She was fantastic, friendly, and told me to simply pick another one— go to the register and show them the cancelled email and that they will resolve it so I get my free gift.
A lady named Melanie, was extremely rude. In front of other customers. She kept asking card or cash, I kept responding neither and trying to explain the situation. Instead of taking time to hear me out she shooed me away to another worker. Who was Charles and let me tell yall, he was wonderful. He had me checked out in NO time! I just cannot stand a rude cashier. There’s absolutely no reason for it. I’ve spent at least $500 in the last month at BBW and because of Melanie I will no longer come to this location. I was excited for a free gift when I picked up my other items but instead left embarrassed and heated. She could benefit from lessons in being tactful.

They have hired such a wonderful staff at this location especially this holiday season. I've been in twice for candle day weekend which is their busiest time of year and everyone had been SO helpful to me. They are always a pleasure every time I go in throughout the year though so this is definitely my go-to location!

I'm a big time buyer of Bath & Body Works in Mobile, Alabama. I was in Montgomery two weeks ago and didn't realize how close I was to a B&BW, so I went there and purchased some items. They had a buy 3 get 3 free, I bought alot where I should have received 3 more free and the young lady didn't attempt to tell me to go get three more. This was the worse shopping experience I've ever had at B&BW. Never again will I go in there, I will stick with the Mobile Alabama store, where they're fast, friendly and honest.
