I normally don't run to the internet but o had to this time my experience is usually pretty good at this bath and body on Saturday 12/2/23 my experience was terrible I had this guy I think his name was Jay light skin very very light talking had the nasty nonchalant attitude I ever seen the lady's on the floor were very helpful but with my checkout experience I want be returning for a while i guess I returning back to Prattville or Birmingham and please please stop yelling from the register like y'all rounding up animals wait until people get in line to check out to ask I can help the next person

Staff is friendly enough to carry a friendly conversation and they have great sales! My go to for shower/smell good bath items! Definitely in my top 5 favorite stores!!

Absolutely amazing customer service. I was in the store Thursday around 1 PM and was greeted immediately upon entry. Another associate was more than happy to show me to a product I could not find. After getting the items that I needed I went to the checkout where an absolutely phenomenal employee gift wrapped all of my items. Every employee seemed genuinely happy to be there and help. I wish I had gotten their names but everyone at the store was just wonderful. Thank you ladies!!

I could have ordered online, but I like to go inside the store and test the different products. An hour after I left, my arms still smell like the fun new scents I tried out.The store was full of customers enjoying a sale, but the staff were helpful and kept everything moving smoothly.

I was in on 5-13-23 and I had a offer for a free item on my app the young lady tried scanning it and said the scanner was not working so I used my paper coupons, the offer didn't expire until 5-15-23 so I went back to use it and it wasn't there so I was giving a number to call the rep saw it and tried to help by placing in-store pick up order but it said the item was not available even tho I was on site and knew it was.

I was there on the day that the 3 wick candles were $9.95 (12/2/22). For anyone who knows what that means, you know it was busy, busy, busy. All of the staff were so helpful through out the store. And the Cashiers. I can’t even believe how calm, cool, and collected They were. Big smiles and helpful With coupons. Thanks so much for an amazing experience.

Decided to make the longer drive Fri 12/16 down to this location because I love the area. Traffic flowed, parking was amazing and everybody overall was in a courteous festive mood. UNTIL, I got to the register to check out. Purchased a few more candles and cashed in my free reward. Had to go all the way outside to get cell signal then come back in & get back in line to get my items. The overbearing kinda nasty lil girl (Tameka) who first attempted to ring up my items was cool as a cucumber UNTIL she wasn't. Having cashed in rewards before, once my phone # is input, it populates my info. Sis didn't really seem to care & after consistently rushing me to login online, rudely snatched my bag of items and threw it on the counter behind her. Thankfully the line flowed good & customers didn't seem to care that I was kinda taking a long time. Came back in after finally being able to login & she had the audacity to keep yelling & asking me if I'd pulled it up.. Really?? The next young lady (didn't quite get her name, but it started w/an O) was much better even though the previous cashier was still jumping in at every turn. BTW, all that & still ended up reading the info off the barcode because it wouldn't scan. I'm not sure if Tameka needed a break or what, but sis, that's NOT how you handle paying customers. Especially when you already know cell service is sketchy at best inside your establishment.
