Andy assisted us and not only was the battery price reasonable (every other place was charging 3-4x as much for the same battery), he also reconnected the connector piece which no other business knew how/what to do. Highly recommend and will definitely be a consumer again in the future!”

“Keon Palmer is the type of person u want to employee. I was coming from Gulf Shores to Huntsville and broke down in Montgomery. I was able to get to O'Reillys but no further. Keon was 20 minutes from getting off work and went to another store 20 miles away to get the part I needed so I could repair my truck. This guy absolutely went above and beyond for me. “We stopped at this location while passing through Montgomery, heading into a nasty-looking storm on our way to Nashville, to pick up new wiper blades. When I walked in, I was the only customer, but even though everyone was clearly busy, each person took a moment to greet me as they saw me.
I was fortunate to be helped by Keaire, whose demeanor and willingness to assist immediately stood out. This review is really about him, my interaction with Keaire was genuinely one of the best retail experiences I’ve had. I gave him the make, model, and year of the car, and he quickly found the correct part number while taking extra care to ensure I got the right blade for our vehicle.
