They open at 9 but opened the door to ask me a question as if I was talking to themAnd then preceded to close and lock the door again instead of opening it to serve meBad customer service indeed.

I feel like I was well attended when I went. Morena, my teller treated me very well and helped me in my unique case and was patient with me. They were pretty busy so it took a little longer but it was done.

Yesterday my teller Morena was very rude. And today I have been calling the branch for 30 mins back to back and the phone rings 5 times and then hangs up. I am not sure how they keep their business if this is the service they give?

If I could I would give you -10 because this bank has been an issue from day one. I regret ever opening an account with you guys nd it's only been a month. I have been on the phone for the past week trying to get my debit card working. I am in process of finding a bank I can use my debit card not just make deposits. I hate this bank!!!

They hardly ever answer the phone and when they do answer they say nothing and hang up! When you go to the bank they are also very rude! If they had a button for negative 6 stars that's what I'd give them!

I wouldn't say BBVA is the WORST bank (not the best either), but in my experience dealing with them this is DEFINITELY THEIR WORST BRANCH! We can't EVER get anyone to answer the phone there, and the tellers have that "I hate my job" attitude. I recently bought a $20k truck and had it financed through ANOTHER BANK bc I couldn't get ANYONE on the phone at BBVA. If you're looking for a bank where people don't mind DOING THEIR JOB, I suggest you either go to another branch or choose another bank entirely.

This is the worst bank I have every had an account with. I was told one thing, and another happened. Word to the wise, if important information wasn't printed on the papers you receive when you first open an account, have the banker write it and initial it. If you want clear information, bank somewhere else. I would never recommend this bank to anyone. Hope this is very helpful to anyone who is searching for a great bank.

The teller Raven is very sweet and polite.Whether she is at the drive through or in the inside she always has a smile and a willing to help attitude.I go to that Compass bank because she makes the visit friendly and gives each customer a pleasurable experience.
