They open at 9 but opened the door to ask me a question as if I was talking to themAnd then preceded to close and lock the door again instead of opening it to serve meBad customer service indeed.

I feel like I was well attended when I went. Morena, my teller treated me very well and helped me in my unique case and was patient with me. They were pretty busy so it took a little longer but it was done.

Yesterday my teller Morena was very rude. And today I have been calling the branch for 30 mins back to back and the phone rings 5 times and then hangs up. I am not sure how they keep their business if this is the service they give?

There are a few individuals that need mandatory customer service training. There is no reason to catch an attitude with someone coming to do business with this company.

Bad service. Rude teller. No one is friendly in this bank including the branch manager. You better change the manager before I move my account to the other bank. BBVA has a ridiculous policy. I have to pay $ 4.90 every transaction for get a change. No wonder BBVA has a bad review in every branch.

I am selling my house and the buyer is getting the loan from this bank. The contract closing date was May 31st. It is July 8 and we still do not have a closing date and time. I have brought and sold 8 houses the longest was 45 days. Today is day 74 since we signed the contract. That is ridiculous!! I would not recommend this bank to anyone.
