Recently I deposited a check To my checking account.
There was a 2 day hold which is normal. The check was reversed Listed as miscellaneous Withdrawal. Two days later. The bank.
Reverse the check causing me to be overdrawn. My wife called me very emotional That she had contacted the bank PNC Atlanta highway in Forest Hills my wife was treated extremely rude by Jason a bank employee. I called the bank and spoke to Jason Miller. He was very unprofessional and rude and implied several bad things ( Criminal activity) regarding my wife and myself.
Stating that I deposited a fraudulent check.
He kept raising his voice. I requested for him do not take that tone with me. He raised his voice higher and higher the point I could not even understand what he was saying. After the phone ended I later contacted the branch manager and also upper level management. They apologize several times and that they were going to investigate What had happened?
And they were going to pull the recording from my wife and myself .
PNC General manager She was extremely professional.
And assured me.
She was going to do something about it

This bank is conveniently located off a busy intersection on Atlanta highway across the street from CVS pharmacy and the staff is very friendly and work quickly to get you in and out, which makes it a good place to stop if you’re in hurry running errands or such. The manager and tellers have all been very polite and helpful anytime I’ve had questions or needed extra help. The bank itself is a small branch and in fact I didn’t even know it was there for the longest time so keep yore eye out and definitely check them out if your looking for a local, friendly bank to do your banking with.

They closed my account and can't explain the reason why that's not good bussiness I open up account with guardian credit union they gave me two checks yesterday to help me pay my bills im glad I changed banks

Update new bank took over but still need to get new staff that has better customer service skills and knows how to accomplish simple request especially at the drive thru window. Please get better staff at bank drive thru.

What's on my mind is Compass Bank being such an awesome awesome Bank to bank with. The customer service is phenomenal at any branch that you go to in this city. I just went in to conduct a mirror deposit and as soon as I walked in the lady at the desk welcome me to the inside and the teller was pleasant and swift and as I was leaving another lady instead of just sitting there at the desk as she had no customer she got up and said let me get the door for you! And she held the door for me as I was on the way out. I gave her a big fat compliment but I also wanted to let it be known that if you are looking for a bank for great customer service and convenience Bank with #Compass Bank
