I had made an appointment, so I showed up at my time and had to wait in the lobby. A man came in and was shown into an office, explaining that HE had made an appointment. I was finally helped by a woman who said it was her last day because she was leaving the bank. The man who previously helped me had already left the bank. I could go on, but I think you can connect the dots.

Bank tellers are always nice when I walk in. I love how they have the greeter at the front too!

They lied to me and treated me very badly. The manager refused to see me. Because I was black they would not allow me to take out a small percentage of my worth.

Don’t ever use this bank! The wait time in bank/ drive thru takes so long. Not enough personnel. I guess they think people have all day!

The absolute worst experience today. Made a deposit via the teller line. The teller did not greet or have any level of communication during the transaction. Sent up the tube to advise I needed a deposit slip, she instead sent the deposit and withdrawal slip not asking what I am need of even after selecting the call button to advise her of my need. As a business account holder, I do not suggest PNC. The experience is no longer personable. The teller window is completely masked not allowing it to be personable or allow the building of a rapport. To be clear this occured at 7870 Vaughn Rd @11:14 am, Cash Box 6 transaction number 00057. This was a terrible experience PNC.

I used to love this bank, I’ve had my first bank account in this bank, my safety deposit boxes everything, but it’s sad when I have to stand for 40 minutes and get ignored when I just need 30 seconds of somebodies time to get in my box! Unprofessional people I’m tired of hearing “I’ll be with you in a minute” then ignored for 15 mins!

How does this branch not have an actual atm inside, or in the lobby vestibule or built into the front? The only atm is the SINGULAR lane drive thru that has a line. Ridiculous design.

These people places and things and veterans mortgages, VA hospitals of Alabama, and Alabama governments establishments employees all ethical groups city hall and schools.Separation between church and state unemployment courts workmen compensation courts and physicians. Not a customer that write good reviews on banking systems of America.
