I had an excellent shopping experience considering the prices that were very affordable and a lot of great deals. I had a wonderful customer service experience from Betty and she was very kind and friendly. I feel welcomed to come back for great service! I would love to see Eastdale Mall booming again like it was when I was a kid!

Online order/Same day pick up the first-time and it was a seamless process. I allowed the Belk app to track my location; which I think helped make it a great experience. I let them know via the app when I was en route and had arrived. There was a Belk employee along with signage on where to pick up. The customer service was great!
