I signed my 5yr old up for cheerleader and THIS HAS BEEN THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE! They are so unorganized and so unprofessional! A COMPLETE WASTE OF 200.00!The first day was awful and some of the parents were speaking out about it the next thing we know practice is closed no parents allowed....as I'm standing in the door I see little boys running around but I'm not able to go in with my little girl....that's a problem for me! I have emailed Nick he will not respond I was looking for him yesterday and "they couldn't find him". I am so done I will never spend another dime with them!

The racism is so sickening here at the YMCA pool. They allow the racist swimmers to tell you to “move out of there way”. They bullied us into getting out of the pool. The lifeguards stood there and watch them discriminate me and my friend. We weren’t in anybody’s way. This is my first time here and first time ever experiencing racism like this. I don’t think I’ll ever get over it. I won’t EVER come here again.

Signed my two grandkids up for swimming lessons and it has been the worse mistake. It’s a waste of money and time. If they are not canceling lessons at the last minute due to understaffing, it’s not enough staff in the pool that would make you feel safe for your child or grandchild to get in the pool. We were told they would make up the time missed but that has yet to happen. I am so disappointed in the YMCA. My grandchildren has not gotten the service that we paid. This seems as if it was a quick way for them to make money and not give the service.

This place is awesome and also the best YMCA in Montgomery. Jocelyn at the front desk is so helpful, professional and very thorough. Morgan he has a heart of gold he is so great with Kids. You gonna love it here.

All I know is the sweetest people on God's green earth ALL congregate at the Bell Road YMCA JuanHundred%!!! Some Chicadee named Lisa invited me in, gave me a counseling session---and at that time, I don't think she knew that I wasn't PAYING for the session, but let's not tell her!!! The handsome hunk of masculinity at the front desk tried his darnedest to take me to his fearless leader, Ms Lisa, however I held the poor fella hostage at his post and he was sooo freaking nice he just kept smiling and probably praying for it to be over quickly. And my FINAL complaint about this facility is: this Itty-bitty Barbie Doll wielding kettle bells signed me up for this kettle bell medieval torture-size training boot camp. Please someone if you see me, I will be blinking Morse code. So any service professional, ie.: police, fireman, sheriff, and school crossing ladies....HELP! Thanks for your service guys! I'm getting healthy!!!!JuanHundred ?

I love this YMCA! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the facility is always clean and they have a substantial amount of equipment! I have to give 3 stars because the sauna seems to be down more than it was during the pandemic shutdown! Today was the 7th separate occasion in 18 days that the sauna was not working/on. I also wish the owners would have completed some maintenance/painting during the 365+ days it was closed. Hopefully this is an easy fix and I’ll adjust my review accordingly! Once again, the staff and amenities are sublime... just a few maintenance issues that can hopefully be easily remedied!

Love it! It was the best decision we made as a married couple with kids our kids love it as much as we do we can work out while the babies are in the ymca day care and the ladies in their are so kind the whole crew is just really kind really love it! Definitely recommend this place!
