I did not get my deposit back because make up was on the pillow. You all dont do laundry that could have cone out with washing detergent. That was a rip off saying you need 30 dollars fir some 1 dollar pillow cases you can get at Roses. And it was not a lot you all need to do better and wash those the bed linens.

My team and I have been staying here for 9 months. Everything is very clean. The breakfast is great. The entire staff are outstanding and very friendly. We work in Montgomery regularly and will stay here from now on. Thank you to all the staff at Best Western.

The hotel is conveniently located and that is the only plus. Mystery stains on the carpet, nasty mattress covers and lots of questionable people hanging around outside. The staff didn't care when we told her we didn't feel safe in the hotel. We left less than an hour after checking in and was promised no refund.

I stayed 8/31. I checked in very late and was very tired. The front desk attendant was extremely nice and welcoming. The room and hotel was very clean. The breakfast was good. All the staff was nice.

Can't wait to come back.
This place is clean. Nice,clean modern lobby. Super clean room. I inspected.
Seems like coffee was available 24 hours because I got up at 3am and it was ready.
Short walk to waffle house or a gas station.
Hallways are not wide enough. You will notice. Lol
Breakfast was really good. You can tell someone takes pride in it.
I had a conversation with an employee attending the Breakfast about it. My feedback was to home make your biscuits.
You guys should have the best damn biscuits possible being in Montgomery Alabama.
Overall great experience. The staff was super cool. This was the best place to stay out of the 5 hotels i hit on my road trip.

The staff were very friendly. Coffee, water, and tea were available 24/7. The breakfast was excellent to include hot items, fruit, yogurt and waffles. The manager, Dan Patel was exceptionally nice. They treated us very well.Parking was easily accessible to the front entrance. Unfortunately the pool was out of season. Overall it was a great experience and we would stay there again.

Absolutely nasty. Customer service HORRIBLE.
Booked two rooms here on Priceline/Booking.com. Arrived at the hotel and hotel manager was at the desk. I told him I would like to cancel my reservation because the reviews were poor. He informed me the room was nonrefundable. While I’m speaking to him, another couple came up behind me and gave the manager their key back and said they would not be staying (immediate red flag). Because he made it clear that I was going to be charged anyway, I asked to see the room. Getting into the elevator I immediately noticed how dirty it was with dirt buildup in the edges of the elevator floor. When the elevator opened, there was specks of trash all over the carpet and down the halls. The hallway floor was disgustingly stained, rippled and so worn in areas it looked like the sub flooring was showing through. Manager opened the room door and immediately was flooded with soured smell. Beds were visibly lumpy and poorly made. I informed the manager that we would not be staying. He refused a refund again and told me I should read the rules on Priceline. Ended up being charged for the two rooms I had booked here, and it was so nasty that I left and went to another hotel. Save your money and DO NOT VISIT THIS HOTEL.

I really was pleased here. I didn’t catch breakfast but I appreciate the appearance of the hotel and bedroom. There was dust on the ceiling in my room and I think my mattress was recently cleaned because it was slightly wet just like the pillows. It was aggravating at first but I am glad they took the time to wash them both. Other hotels I recently posted about definitely should do this as the smells of past guests remains on them. The water pressure was great and hot. The tv would freeze up so I think it’s the connection is Montgomery as connections were horrible all over the places I went while there. The staff was lovely too. The chair in the room was a bit stained so I didn’t sit on it. The mattress didn’t have a cover on it but if it were just cleaned then covering it would cause mold so I hope that’s why it wasn’t. The parking lot had plenty of parking but there are holes and trailers parked there. There’s plenty of restaurants in walking distance too and corner stores, so that’s great.

We booked at this hotel on our booking app in which we do very often since my husband travels for work. He drove from Atlanta to Montgomery for this stay and they tell us that we have to pay for the room AGAIN and cancel it with booking because they don’t show our reservation. My husband showed her the confirmation number and the pin for this room we booked and she said it wasn’t enough we had to pay again. I called booking to cancel it and got a new room but we have never ran into an issue before. I also posted a picture of our confirmation.

When I arrived the staff were eating lunch in the lobby and no one at front desk. They saw me standing there for a while before asking how they can help me while still sitting at their table.
Once I checked in my room was not all that clean. I was afraid to get under the covers because there were stained sheets, so I used my throw blanket and slept on top of the bed.
