I had zero success at this Montgomery location. Advertised prices didn’t match what the actual prices were when you got there. If you’re not purchasing a new car the day you come, they kind of blow you off like your sale doesn’t matter. Looked here for months found nothing w/no real help..went to another dealership & the managers made sure I left in a brand new car. Moral of the story shop around, there’s better deals & better customer service.

Jordan was excellent to work with, and helped me find the right truck for me in my price. What wasn’t his fault is, They didn’t put a matching set of tires on the truck though and I didn’t realize until a day or so after buying the truck, so that’s a bit of an eye sore and bummer with them refusing to fix it, having to spend $800 on tires after spending 20k on a truck..However my experience with Jordan went well.

Our salesperson was good, but I was never made acquainted with my new car. I have had to learn about its features on my own. I wasn’t able to get my title either. It was supposed to be emailed to me to be filled out, but I have not received it. The organization of the paperwork process was lacking.

I had an appointment yesterday and had told an advisor by telephone my car’s issues. In spite of that I had to tell 3 people my car’s issues. I have been there for service 2 times but no one knew who I was. 3 people asked for my phone number. It took 45 minutes to finally get an advisor to complete the check in. There was NO sense of urgency to serve me. When I go to the Mercedes dealership, they know me and my phone number and my car’s needs. There were service personnel that could have contributed. Failure of leadership and customer service. Poorly trained people maybe as a result of a lack of competition

Even with the reduced Saturday staff I had a pleasant experience. The work was fast and thorough. The service and parts staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about everything I inquired about. Great dealership.

I am EXTREMELY PLEASED with my Client Advisor Devin Walker and Sales Manager Elmorio Austin who took very good care of me!! BMW offers wonderful discounts to military veterans as appreciation for our service to this country and I am grateful to be a recipient. Devin went above and beyond in securing everything I asked for and I couldn’t have chosen a better advisor. I am both pleased and disappointed with BMW of Montgomery. Pleased (5 star): Brett, the sales manager, was very helpful in finding us the 2017 X5 we were looking for.Disappointed (2 star): Over the past year we have been very disappointed with personnel in their service department (with the exception of Brian). BMW of Montgomery claimed to have replaced the transmission in our 2013 535i because the vehicle placed itself in park when stopped. After replacing the transmission, the vehicle still placed itself in park. After an intense argument with the service manager telling him that the issue was not the transmission; they finally replaced the battery. ISSUE RESOLVED!! Car has not put itself in park since. My warranty covered the transmission replacement, but I was still charged $1200.00 for transmission fluid, differentials, gaskets, etc. BMW of Montgomery never apologized OR admitted that they misdiagnosed the problem. The vehicle merely had a bad battery which caused the car to place itself in park when stopped. At least we got a new transmission due to dismissive service department personnel. BMW of Montgomery, please listen to your customers. Sometimes they know what they are talking about.

Highly recommend! We had the best experience with our salesman Tyreek. He was super patient with all of our questions, and he was very knowledgeable about our vehicle. The sales manager and the finance manager were wonderful as well! I would highly recommend BMW of Montgomery. We love our X7!

Devin had assisted us tirelessly for 6 months in our quest to decide and purchase a BMW. He was very informative and knowledgeable of what we were looking for in a vehicle, and steered us in the right direction. Order process was streamlined and the communication was excellent.

Car buying experience was okay, could have been better. Car was not ready for pickup as promised. The other issue was the title work was not correct. Delaying my tag and having to have extra temporary tags mailed. Salesman was very nice but busy with many customers at one time. While other salesmen were not busy. Probably will not buy from the dealership again.

Please do not take your car to BMW Montgomery. Try Birmingham or Columbus instead.I went to Montgomery for a routine oil change and the next day my car had a massive oil leak that resulted in me being stranded in a small town and having to get two tow trucks to take my X3 back to Montgomery. One of their mechanics didn’t tighten something which resulted in a leak and having to replace my belt. Also the communication between the service manager and I was horrible. He avoided me until I contacted the store manager.Thankfully, BMW covered every expense… as they should. However, less than 2 months later, my car needed more oil. And I have to go through this all over again with the service manager.When I got oil changes from Birmingham, they lasted 6 months. Go to Birmingham!

They do not answer the phone. I was communicating with one of the salesman (Alex) about a car. He told me he was going to send more pictures of the car. He then ghosted me, not picking up the phone, not answering my messages, just for me to find that the car I was interested in got sold.

Whoever is the receptionist (Erica) or takes payments over the phone for this establishment ought to be fired or RE-TRAINED! All the way UNPROFESSIONAL and has zero phone etiquette! BMW should have a BMW personality working the reception, not a discontinued car brand personality.

This review is way overdue. In early 2022 I was looking to replace my then current BMW with a new 5 series. Inventory was low all around and I started looking beyond my local area ( Dallas, TX). I found a 5 series at BMW Montgomery that I liked and worked out all the details with Daniel.Flew in a week later, was picked up at the airport, finalized the deal at the dealership, and drove home in my new Bimmer.Everything went so smooth thanks to Daniel and the rest of the team. I left very happy.I recommend BMW Montgomery and especially Daniel. I know I'll be back.
