this is genuinely the most aesthetically pleasing burger king i have EVER attended. it started by pulling up into the gorgeous landscaping and nostalgic architecture. as we entered the building, the interior design stuck out to me like no other. the vibes were ON POINT! i had an OREO MILKSHAKEEE! it was yummy but a little thick. the instrumental tunes within this burger king were so soothing which is an interesting choice for a fast food place. i love it though.they also offer GOLDEN CROWNS (cardboard) to all their customers! i truly felt like royalty! if you’re on a road trip looking for a burger this one is KING. love you burger king!?

I ordered a bacon and cheese whopper with no onions and tomatoes and light on the sauces. My order was completely wrong . I have No bacon nor cheese on the sandwich. It looked like they just slapped everything together really fast and I didn’t receive my nuggets I ordered and paid for. I tried calling back up there because I’m unable to leave work and nobody picked up. I am completely disappointed with my order.

So the place place is almost identical to the bk we went to in ga, customer service their, amazing. My favorite bk. The manager there, black cashier, black... But this place, though identical, they are the rudest people I ever met! The employee Samantha is rude! Then the manager does nothing to fix that. Rudest people ever; we didn't eat we got frozen drinks and let the kids play. It was quiet, as people don't like going out on rainy days. Seriously though, the other bk on ATL hwy is nicer too. We just thought a bigger play place would be nice. I mean like seriously, the bk by Faulkner is by far, nicer customer service. If you are on ATL hwy in Montgomery Al, head to the one by Faulkner, skip this location

Stopped by for breakfast on the way to work one day and was prompted to go ahead with my order. I began to ask a question about the 2 for 4 mix and match and was rudely interrupted with “What do you want?”. Well first I was asking a question and second you shouldn’t cut off customers. When I began to ask my question I was rudely cut off AGAIN.If you don’t want customers to ask questions about the menu then don’t make the print so small. I decided to drive off because of the rude service and didn’t want my food prepared poorly.This place is consistently rude to their customers. Why do you let this continue? It’s not hard to be nice to people. If anything it’s harder to rude.

Service is terrible. Waited 30 minutes with no one in front of me. They were standing talking doing nothing and said they were on a break. Do not go here

Went in an ordered the Classic Melt combo to the cashier, it was displayed up on the board, she said they don't sell it anymore, I looked up at the board and the manager I guess, said rudely, just because it's on the board doesn't mean we carry it and walked off. I will never go back to that store ever.

Poor customer service. Managers you might want to educate the young lady at the window on whats on the menu. Just witnessed her screaming at a customer about what you guys don't sell. While we're all looking at it on the menu. Night shift service here is totally different from morning /day shift.#RUDE×10

I must say, outstanding professionalism and great tasting food. This aspect is hard to come by for many fast food restaurants. My Whopper was piping hot ?, fresh buns, crisp and juicy vegetables with the right amounts of sauces. Highly recommend giving this restaurant a try.
