Calibear Collision was quick and efficient in performing the service on my vehicle. I was originally told it would be ready the next day, but later informed there was a chance it could be finished the same day. I didn’t get my hopes up, but to my surprise, by around 4 PM the same day I dropped it off, my car was ready. They went above and beyond by buffing out a few extra scratches on the side of my car where the repair was done. The manager personally walked me out, explained everything they had completed, and made sure I was satisfied. The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process.
Overall, my experience was great, and I would definitely recommend this location for any repair needs.

I do not recommend this place. They have had my car over a month and it’s supposedly been ready three weeks ago. The first excuse was the guy that was supposed to calibrate the seat belt did not show up. Then they said all the parts wasn’t in after they said all the parts were in. Amanda has been lying for three weeks about the car. Mind you the car only had minor damage to the bumper. They also took the payment from us and then said the car wasn’t ready. Amanda didn’t return the payment. Amanda is very rude and unprofessional. The experience has been horrible!!
Go onto Yelp and look at the reviews as well. This is not a place where you should take your car!

I came one afternoon because I had a broken rear door window. Rick gave me an estimate within 15 minutes ordered new glass and asked to come back 10:45 next morning. I came and only had to wait an hour or so. They fixed it real quick. It was a very painless experience. I also had a wobbly rear bumper and I asked him for a quick and cheap fix. He fixed it with some adhesive for free.
Considering the speed and smoothness of service I'm quite happy with the price. Overall I'm very happy with the service they provided. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone.

Can not recommend this place enough! Hit something at a gas station on our way back to AR from FL.. pulled in a panic, was calmed down, reassured and fixed up all within 20 minutes!! The kindest and most helpful auto repair shop I’ve ever been too!!

This particular Malcom drive location, though located in a mildly out of the way place, was fantastic. The people running the business were very kind, attentive, I was kept up to date on my vehicle regularly and they were very polite and respectful. The work was completed very fast and with many kind reminders to contact them if anything was wrong. Highly suggest.

This is my second repair with this facility and I am over the moon with my repairs!Caliber Collision - Taylor Road has gone above and beyond multiple times for me and I will continue to take my business there! Caliber will be my top recommendation every time! The entire front staff is incredible and so pleasant to work with as I am sure the people in the back are as well although I have not had the pleasure to meet them. They do an OUTSTANDING job every time! I’m not sure how much they are paid but they all deserve a raise because they are such an amazing crew! They have a great atmosphere and exceptional customer service! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Rick Garmon, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service and the results. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I came in for some body repairs after a minor accident, and they made the process seamless.
Mr. Garmon took the time to thoroughly explain the repair process, answered all my questions, and even provided me with updates throughout. The work itself was exceptional — my car looks as good as new. Highly recommend !
