I bought my car on 10/24. My car was not detailed, I was told that the brakes were done but they are currently squeaking and they are worn, I was told that the fluids in the car was done and that I didn’t know how to work the windshield wipers but come to find out, the whole wiper pump is broken. Now I have to take my car back up there to get the pump fixed and I was told by Mr Head that the brakes were done so I’m assuming he won’t be getting them fixed. I think some major things were bypassed to sell me a car. I know that you all are suppose to do certain things before you allow a car to be sold so, I’m going to have the brakes checked if you all won’t fix it and I will be taking further action because this car is not suppose to be driven and you all are putting myself and my children in danger.

We couldn’t be happier with the customer service and the vehicle we purchased from Capitol Chevrolet in Montgomery. We were helped by both Roosevelt and Charles, who provided stellar service, patiently answered all of my questions and stayed late to finalize everything. Very pleased!

Jack, Shannon, and the entire Montgomery team were excellent to work with. They made our car buying experience a very easy process. After searching car deals online, I found a great deal at Montgomery and traveled 8 hours to work with them. Very happy I did! I highly recommend them!

Be careful dealing with this place. Me and the dealer worked a deal, I drove 3.5 hours one way to the dealer with complete cash in hand. They tried to pull the dirtiest scum stuff on me to get me to finance with them, I took my money and left. Got a better deal without the waste of time at another dealer. This dealer is trying to get you to use their financing so they can get a kick back. Doesn’t matter if you have your own financing in place or cash. Be careful, they may not sell you a car.

My recent visit left some questions to whether I was charged fairly for the service performed. Everything was not picked up on the 1st diagnostic and now I'm being charged for another issue the the first one didn't seemingly catch. I've reviewed this poorer level of service from Capitol Chevy before. I'm very displeased!!

Mr. Roosevelt did an awesome job assisting my husband and I with purchasing a new Equinox. We had to wait until it arrived in and I was impatient, but he made it through my shenanigans. Mr. Jason was a great help making sure we were happy with the pricing. Mr. Elmo made the paperwork process a breeze. Thank you guys so much for all of your effort to get us into our 2024.

Capital Chevrolet John Wooten was my service provider and did a great job. Explained everything that they would do and kept me informed every step of the way. My trucks air conditioning was not blowing strong. They found the source of the problem and fixed it for me at a very reasonable cost. Took only 3-4 days. Now it’s working better than ever. Very cold and with a strong airflow. I would highly recommend this service department.

They are scammers! I had my Tahoe towed there because of a misfire. All I needed was the replacement of cylinder 6–that was the only code it was reading. The week that I was supposed to get my truck back, I was told someone broke into my truck—my truck was the only one. I’m pretty sure it was one of the workers! I don’t believe a person off the street would steal a car vacuum and car fragrances!!! To add insult to injury, I was told that they’re not responsible for that and I had to pay to have my window replaced. A few days later, after constantly calling and being on hold for over 20 mins I was told that my fuel pump was bad, I needed a new and they didn’t know when the part would be in. My truck had been there since 16 June! So I went there to talk to the advisor because at that point I was ready to take my truck elsewhere! The next day I receive a call and miraculously there was nothing wrong with my fuel pump, but instead it was some other module. The communication with the advisor, Kade was piss poor and he lies! The day after that I received a phone call saying my water pump was going bad and it was making noise. Myself nor my husband had never heard any noise from truck outside of the ordinary. When I picked my truck up, there was still glass in there from the break-in to include the hammer they used! The assistant manager had the audacity to ask if we wanted to keep the hammer—trying to make a joke. That was not the time and there was nothing funny about the situation! If I can help it, I will not bring my vehicle back ever!

I brought my vehicle in to be checked for issues I was having not expecting them to be able to work on it same day and to my surprise John said they can have it worked on and fixed within 3-4 hours. It only took 2 hours to complete and saved me so much time. John was really personable and understood the issues I described and kept me in the loop as to the time table they were on to get me out of there as soon as possible. Tony was our salesman at Capital Chevrolet, he went above and beyond to help us and answer any questions we may have, took his time working with us and explaining all the paperwork and walked us through all the forms. The financial guy was very informative and quick as well making the whole experience from finding which Tahoe we wanted to the end of the process easy and efficient. We were told the Tahoe would be delivered within 4-6 weeks after production but came in only 3 weeks which was a pleasant surprise!!

When I dropped my car off until the time I pulled off, the service was great. However, I noticed an issue when I got home and notified them accordingly. The bottom corner of my door was pushed in and it wasn’t like that when I dropped it off. Went back and the “recommendation” didn’t sit well with me especially since it wasn’t my fault. I called Dana/Jana 3 times and left a voicemail every time and still no call back. I was referred to his supervisor Erica Jones who also hasn’t called me back after 2 attempts and corresponding voicemails. Needless to say resolving customers issues is not the priority. It’s been a week now .

Tony, Jason, and Alison were all super communicative, detailed, helpful, and extremely friendly! Typically buying a new truck is a long drawn-out experience full of highs and lows but working with Capitol Chevrolet was absolutely outstanding. Everything was a smooth experience from scheduling my appointment to picking up my car. I definitely appreciated the shuttle that was able to take me to work, so I wouldn’t have to miss hours of work waiting on my car to be serviced.
