“We had an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING experience with everyone at this Enterprise on Eastern Blvd! From the moment Shekinah opened the door and greeted us with exuberance; to the manager, Alicia, who made sure we got what we asked for; to Kearsten, who got us out the door and into our vehicle.We did not have a reservation. We had reservations with a different car rental company, and were told when we got there that they did not accept our form of payment. Mind you, we'd been renting with the same company for over a year using the same payment card.It did not matter at the Eastern Blvd Enterprise that we didn't have a reservation and needed a car RIGHT NOW TODAY. And they accepted our form of payment with no problem. We were in and out in no time. Several other customers came in right behind us who did not have reservations and received the same treatment. The employees were genuinely friendly and patient with everyone who came in the door.We will DEFINITELY be repeat customers and will spread the word about the phenomenal service received here!”

“The place is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The staff was knowledgeable and thorough. The process was very easy and timely. I did have to wait after finishing the paperwork, only because they were making sure that the car was full of gasoline and was clean, I'm willing to wait for that. The service and staff experience was excellent. I would recommend this Budget Car Rental location to my friends and family.”

“Quick and easy reservation online for a special request vehicle. Polite employees at the desk who assured me of my happiness with the transaction. They even took the time to walk me out to the vehicles so I could choose which one option I wanted. The truck was clean and exactly what we needed for the trip.Check out was just as easy with an employee meeting us in the drop off lot to close out our ticket. I highly recommend this location.”

“Landed in a small regional airport later than expected, only 1.5 hours, to find that there were no Enterprise folks on the premises but a sign to see the rental car desk next to it. They hooked me up and the car was as expected, clean and ready to go. Giving 4 stars due to the fact nobody was at the airport at 9 pm to provide direct service even with other planes still arriving.”

I'm always referring family, friends and associates because I know it's great customer service, fast and friendly service and if you encounter any issues they still solve it before it becomes a problem. When you are good to people, they are good to you so keep that in mind before going to the desk with an attitude because you had a bad day.”

“I would have given it 5 stars but it wasn't detailed completely and they charge and outrageous price if you return it dirty. They charge an outrageous price per gallon $10 and change per gallon if you don't return it with gas. It was on the paperwork that it was full which it wasn't but I returned it full so my card wouldn't get charged the outrageous price for gas.”

“I can not speak enough good things about this company. I've been riding with them since June of last year when I came home from the hospital. Let's first start with the polite and professionalism of their drivers. You're always greeted with a smile. If you're feeling chatty they'll listen and talk to you. Your driver will become like family. The last big ride I had with them... my driver sat through my aunt's funeral, wiped my tears and pat my back. It's gestures like this that add to the score and continuance of their service. Next we have the vans that are used: clean, sanitized, and always have a pleasant scent. Just going to go back to the drivers one more time: they are always willing to lend a helping hand. I have rode with drivers from some companies that drop you at the door like you figure it out. Just can't speak enough of the wonderful job they do! Thirdly: you are reminded the day before your ride a day before hand, and the day of your ride you get a heads-up text and another one when they are outside.”
