“No problem hassle free they explain time of service that the deposit is on hold for 1 day that's to make sure no tickets red light or car is damaged if no problem then day after vehicle is turned in they reimburse the deposit or some if I'm not mistaken but either way they are good I will go to them anytime I planned on next month for my granddaughter gymnastics tournament”

She made the whole process stress-free, explaining our options and answering my questions thoroughly. She even helped us make a vehicle change to be sure we were completely satisfied. “I called today needing a ride same day other places needed 24 hr advance notice. Caravan got us to our bank appointment on time and the driver Tashauna Purnell was the best most compassionate person coodos for hiring such a stand up person with a heart of gold!!! “Shout out to Fred behind the Avis counter. We were in a serious bind with a late reservation that turned out to be no good because all the cars were gone. All of the rental companies were out of cars at Montgomery Airport. We were already heading back to the hotel with a friend when Fred called and said hey, I found a car for you! Now that's service you don't usual get from a car rental counter employee and we really appreciated it. Thank you Fred for taking the time to help us out when we were in a real bind.”

“Had no problems, rented through Priceline. Pick up was easy they have three companies you can get keys from. Drop off was easy just handed them the keys and they emailed me a receipt. Had the car 4 days total. Took lots of photos before driving off the lot and took photos durning the return. Was given a Kia soul. People seemed nice. I did try calling when my flight was running late as I was going to arrive 4 hours after my reservation, couldn’t get anyone to answer but was given a car when I arrived. Was asked if I wanted there car insurance. I declined and told them I had progressive. Over all was a good experience”

“Had a noon pickup scheduled for 6/17/2026 and soon as I walked up Ms. Nikki was polite and professional. There ended up being a misunderstanding on my end and she was very patient with me. Ms. Nikki had no problem explaining to me how I misunderstood the process and how I can have a better rental experience the next time. I appreciate that her tone and energy was pleasant the entire time. Ended up getting a better rental than I expected and everything worked out. Thank God, Hertz, and Ms. Nikki.”

“I've been renting with this company for years, anytime I've never had a bad experience and all the representatives know me by name no matter which Thrifty I go to. I'm always referring family, friends and associates because I know it's great customer service, fast and friendly service and if you encounter any issues they still solve it before it becomes a problem. When you are good to people, they are good to you so keep that in mind before going to the desk with an attitude because you had a bad day.”

Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to return it back to the Montgomery location. From the person at the counter to the person who brought me home, the personnel at this location were polite professional and courteous thank you so much.”
